You might have something that corrupt your memory or runs in the background that prevents the game from starting. You can quickly try to check if you close every single software in your task bar (right click icon on taskbar on the right) and exit/close.. Try then

if nothing else works, there is a software called Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) whenever I have some massive issues with games not launching or lagging or similar, I use this software to do a fully clean up of my graphics drivers. It's the standard tool most people use. You will need to boot into safe mode for windows.. and then run it.. clean up your drivers so there's nothing but native Windows ones. It will clean it up.. just follow their instructions. Then install the latest version of your drivers. This usually always fixes it for me.

there r national bond thing people do takes 20 min to make mule, i did invaded dcd heroic 5 directive, invited someone's mule at the end, switched back to my mule and joined back, we both gets the xp in mule, takes 5 run to lvl 40 from lvl 31, each run takes about 8 min with switching time, today extra 10-15 min cz others were facing issues

Edit : to get xp in mule u have to shoot gas cans and don't pick up the data at the end, only pick up form mule after u all shooted gas cans

Could use some help from those who are more technically inclined then I am (and Im ok with it).
I have a PS5, I have a Seagate FireCuda 530 in the expansion slot. When I first got my PS5 it really helped with the image issues within the game. I would be running and everything was pixelated, basically felt like the game couldnt keep up to the overall game play. With the PS5 everything got better. When I got the hard drive expansion I moved the Div 2 game to the expansion drive thinking it might be faster, things seemed to be working great, I actually found fast travel was a couple of seconds faster. Fast forward to now. In the past few weeks I got a 4K tv (previously had a 1080p Plasma). Of course wanting better graphics I told my PS5 to upgrade to 4K.
I did notice a difference.
But in the last week I have noticed such an incredible downgrade to the quality of the game, when running the frame rate drops to crap, things go pixelated all the time, the floor looks like water 85% of the time. If I stop moving the game catches up, frame rate goes up but the world still has water ground.
Should I turn off the 4k? Ive moved the game back to the built in drive to see if that helps..
Any setting adjustments I should make to make it better? The game is aweful as it sits..

At the end of the day it is still a ps4 code. My game is on external ssd and there are a lot of LOD pop in textures and other bugs. Most of them can be solved simply restarting the game/console.

They changed things so that you no longer need Warlords of NY to get to lvl 40. In doing that the game didnt make sense to continue with the tiers, so they did away with them and now players can go straight through in DC from 1 to 40.

itll work the same way materials are shared currently between main/alts, except there will be no overcap. im gonna assume that each alt will have their watch attribute categories filled for each, then shared scavenging pool.
technically itll still be ideal having all your alts made because each should have their own projects. so 4x xp/exo components , 4 chances at all the raid/incursion caches. your xp on each will drive up the shd, just wont duplicate the scavenging points

Farming SHD has ruined any real meaning for levels being an indicator for skill. I'm 5500 but I got there playing only Legendary for like six years, a level 2600 wore collector five piece Fenris in my last Tidal Legendary. For all I know, he sat in Kenly College spamming oxidizer for a week.

I run an all blue setup for Countdown sometimes, that continuously gives my team bonus armor based off of my armor, so I can stand and bang with a shield and they can be behind me plus have bonus armor for survivability or Intimidate.

it's RNG, you can get somethings maxed out on normal but it's unlikely, increasing difficulty increases the minimum roll for each stat, so harder content the more likely you are to get something strong by default

Basically, you get to Lvl 40 with the alt, and then your Scavenging Points from your SHD Watch are boosted up, soy you can spend the total again
However, the "shared scavenging points" feature is being removed on the 27th, and the only benefit an alt (or "mule") character will have, is storage space and extra projects.

The game doesnt have a trading system, its run from a sharing system. If you want to share it with the group you just drop it and let them pick it up. If you want to share it privatly with a person that was in your run you can join just them and drop it for them. Its not a traditional trade like in MMOs.

so if they all add up to say 100%, when you hit a head you will do double damage

purists and long time players will meh about chameleon.. but it is one of the top 3 guns in the game IMHO from the perspective of someone who is fairly new to the game as well. It has ramp up process to get 45 seconds of pure carnage so I get some folks not being a big of fan of that but it's still super strong without it.. the damage/crit/reload buffs make it into god-tier.

I will also note.. if you are not pure aggressive runner and gunner.. it's not necessarily a gun for you.. that gun rewards aggressive gameplay.. if you like to shoot from a distance a bit and not go mad into the crowds, St.Elmos is probably a better choice for sure.

Hi guys, so I have finally managed to work on my build, I am now SHD watch level 80 plus, and growing well. So my question is, when creating a build what do you guys prioritise on stats. As in, crit damage or crit rate or armor, etc on different gear. So, what's your blue print, so to say. Like you want bag pack with "X" amount of armor, mask with "X" amount of C.R and C.D, etc.
I am trying to create a balanced build.

The comment you're replying to is making a weird joke about the curated resource of how to find pre-made builds that are all Heroic viable, as well as a flood of other knowledge, basically all that you could ever need to know about div2.

It's by no means an exhaustive list of every possible build that'll work in endgame content, but it is an excellent basis to start on your endgame journey.

can anyone confirm how the autoconvert skill mods works, as far what is it showing when it is on or not? Like if it says on, does pressing triangle turn it on so now it will say off, so if i pressed trianlge it will turn it off?

that thing doesn't really work as it appears it should.. does nothing for me.. and only kind of works at crafting table.. and I don't even know what it does then.. it's kind of meh.. I just dismantle individually as I get them..

I think what it does is when you craft a new mod it will dismantle it automatically if it's smaller than what you have on you

but it doesn't seem to apply to mods you pick up in missions/open world scenarios

What would happen if I extract a non maxed out core attribute can i replace it later when i pick up a maxed out value attribute for extraction?

yes.. that's how it works.. the highest one you have will be in the library until replaced with higher one

also, a tip is when you pick up a similar gun with that attribute, look under the bar you will see a little triangle that's white.. that tells you the value you have in the library over the one you just picked up.. this allows you to quickly know whether you want to keep that item for extraction.

yes.. anything you extract and you didn't have in the library value wise will be replaced with higher value.. that's how you max out your library on all attributes

yeah if you extract that 13% it will be in your library.. it will actually tell you on each attribute in the library screen what their curent max values are as well.

as you play eventually you will have all those attributes in your library with max values.. which is actually the goal in the end so you can make builds with max attributes.. now this won't work if you optimize the attribute as far as I know

so let's say you get crit damage at 9% .. but then you optimize it to 13%.. I can't say with 100% certainty but I believe that won't count for extraction but on that don't take my word for it.. you can test it yourself though

1. Extract to library first
2. If none are available for extraction mark them and donate to expertise/proficiency
3. If some is left dismantle for mats

Money is easy to get to.. just do challenging/heroic bounties and you will get decent amount of e-credits anytime you need it. if you don't have bounties you can always do public executions, they will always drop a bounty.. so that's easy to get.. but expertise/proficiency and library are your main growth items

mark items as junk, go to Tinker menu, select expertise and then hold X to donate all junk

it doesn't really matter.. all junk will be distributed appropriately to proficiency of items you marked .. this will slowly raise your proficiency on items you might not even use.. if you have a specific gun or item you like and you use a lot you can specifically donate resources to that item to increase it's proficiency
