My only concern is because seasons and most endgame content is now part of Div2's base experience, will Brooklyn after launch be left to collect dust, much like WONY? I wish they just gave WONY away for free at this point so they could re-purpose it or add stuff to it, if possible.

St. Elmos strengths are high fire rate but increasible stability and 70 rounds in a mag.. and plus in clutch situations it also shocks the enemies.. it's just so good

most similar traits in other games actually do full damage on target but then 50% of the damage to surrounding enemies.. that makes more sense.. but I guess it would be too op

from the update your baseline is based on your gear cores. You get bonuses from kills, Those bonuses probably drain like the current modifier does

Honestly I don't know, the whole process is known to be glitchy. I'd resend them your referral link after they've installed the game (but before they play it) just to be on the safe side. I hear reports of players having to open support tickets to get their referral rewards even when they did everything exactly right (although that approach has worked for them eventually).

You need ubi connect anyway to play the game, the problem is it doesn't recognise the Steam install the same as an ubi-bought copy, so the option for the PTS never appears in your ubi library.

If you buy it from Epic it works though.

It's a common twitch drops issue, usually happens if you've linked accounts long time ago and some id related stuff changed. So unlink and relink again. Obviously won't help with current drops, but in the future should be less bugs.

Just a thought about this. One is Sniper 2nd is Bomber and 3rd is Gunner (All Immune). We need to do mechanics to take the immunity shield and do damage but there is a limit and then they get shield back up. Honestly will be a tough Final Boss fight 🙂

About modifiers
From my point of view, regarding these modifiers, it didn’t really go over well, the previous modifiers (on real servers) were better, especially the potential of the heartbreaker was revealed.

About Pakhan – Exotic RPK-74
It won't be used en masse, even though the talent was taken from the first division, for example, the same Pestilence will be much better. As for variety - yes, as for replacement or competition with other machine guns - no.

About Nimble Holster – Exotic Holster
This exotic is good for variety in gameplay, for example in the same Striker build, but for mass (universal) I cannot see to use. Armor healing for killing an enemy (specialization Gunner and/or Palisade Steelworks) will give be faster and more effective.

About Tinkerer – Exotic Mask
No comments, an extremely good exotic item. You can combine talents of the same weapons so that the damage will be great. If the mask talent remains unchanged, then this mask will take the honorable 1st place in popularity, displacing the Coyote mask.

About Imminence Armaments – Brand Set
Also, I don't see much use, except to replace one item in the build for 5% weapon damage, but the same Walker&Harris gives the same bonus. You can use Ninjaback to assemble a build based on a pistol and headshot damage, because 60% pistol damage is a very strong boost. It would still be necessary to increase weapon damage by equipping one item, from 5% to 10-15%, so that it would be competitive. As for the personalized items of this brand, I also don’t see any particular use.

About PTS Y7S1 (2)

About Measured Assembly – Gear Set
I don't see its mass use, because the same Future Initiative gives not only healing, but also a damage boost. Even if the healing is higher (+60%), this brand does not give anything special except healing. The same recharge can be easily implemented through the Black Tusk Gloves and in practice this is enough in terms of time. In any case, changing increased healing to healing and damage boost (an initiative for the future) is extremely controversial.

About Named Weapon and Talents
Talent “ Perfect Streamline” also without comments, extremely good talent that will give a very high damage. If the talent parameters are not changed, then this talent will definitely be the most popular for any build.

The new dlc has not a single thing that got me excited. I rarely even play NY map to be honest. I only wanted to have new open world activites around DC whih will actually happen.

The flame purple stuff looks and sounds annoying coupled with the broken armor directive bug and AI has already insane aimbot. The cover skill is useless for me since i go for glass cannon rifle and mobility.

I am only excited about the new open world activities to be honest so i will not buy the new DLC.

That is not exactly true, their AI in first division was an actual tactical enemy instead of one tapping the player. You could easily have the shootouts as long as possible and stuff.

Also this game offers way more than just fights with hunters. I enjoy my time against True Sons and black tusk, their AI feels more tactically oriented and fun to play against.

Finally started playing TD2 on my new Gaming laptop hooked up to my 65" 4K tv (that also has variable refresh rate via Freesynch 2) and I kind of felt gympy... mostly due to my level difference (only 20 something) and I am max level on my Xbox and I didn't like my Razer Wolverine controller as much as I thought I would compared to my standard Xbox controller for my Series X. Maybe it will just take me being more used to it, because my friend and I plan on having some co op sesions soon... we used to do it more and how I got to 20ish... But no matter how you cut it, Division 2 is still my favorate shooter/tactical shooter period... hands down and I have played a ton of them. (I'm almost 64. I have been into Computer gaming since there was computer gaming ... including text adventures and MUDs)

They're not deleting any resources. Every character will have their scav points set back up to the max it could be (like a new mule), but spending those points will reduce them for all characters.

For example if you expertise an weapon or armor you get 1% on each upgrade. So in theory you would get 1% on mask and that can go up to be 20%+ but only effects the mask basic armor rating.

If you mean Steam store, then yes. They pulled all the info except for the base game. Late yesterday they added back the old Ultimate and WoNY Edition information to Steam page.
But Ubisoft are staying silent and are not warning anyone about them changing the information to the version that doesnt include Brooklyn DLC.
there are 2 outcomes. ubi might upgrade those users who bought wrongly advertised Editions to new Editions after Steam sale ends. or those users just got scammed.

It makes all other sources of materials meaningless, and the whole base concept of expertise (getting you to play with all the different items), and makes crafting and optimisation essentially free, making a large chunk of the 'looter' game irrelevant

It was never designed to be powered through at high speed. I agree it's not a great system, but it was intended to keep long term players busy for ages. The bonuses are really not necessary except maybe for pvp.

I agree I enjoy the games iconic destinations but I enjoy experimenting with different builds. I think making optimization cheaper or increasing materials drop amounts would be a fix.

I have been trying to farm for a memento for 2 weeks straight doing every primary objective with an exotic, farming missions and areas with backpacks as targeted loot, farming countdown and summit with backpacks, weekly requisitions, ive done everything, gotten nearly 30 exotics none of which have been the memento, I am slowly going mad over here, am I doing something wrong or do I just have horrible luck?

Eagle Bearer, Ravenous and Bighorn can all drop in the DZ - drop rate is 0.024%. Good luck in there hahaha

If you're buying on PC from Ubisoft Connect there isn't a Warlords Edition anymore, but there is a Gold Edition that includes Warlords and the upcoming expansion, I'd recommend that one

if you aren't buying it on Ubisoft Connect I'd suggest doing so because different storefronts are offering a literal mess of editions offering different things at the moment

if it's not for PC, I can't advise

Dont they have specific weakpoints and only take damage from them
