Finally, Now need a good nemesis build

I've some question before that, I can't customize exotic weapon, and can't craft anymore nemesis. Then how can I max the stat? with resource?

I think I already asked this before but I think I forgot what you guys told me here.. what is the best way to get those optimization materials.. just do world activities, or buy them from the crafting bench for other materials? Like for SMG core attributes for example etc.

buying them from crafting bench seems like a quick fix but it doesn't give enough to really seem worthy of spending so much other materials to craft them

it's really the best way, you can farm the base mats quite fast anyway or use scavenging points from watch

I mean I'll live, I just hate that stuff.. doing the "exclusive - if you got it you got it" thing should be on skins or special gear items in a sense of cool looking not an actual item that's better than others. I get it, you can argue Police is ok but I dislike this approach. That type of feeling sucks.

What was the reason they took it out? Was it just exclusivity or it was too strong so they pulled it?

Maybe i just have slight game PTSD from grinding Destiny for pinnacle weapons for months and then they pulled them and nerfed them to the ground too.

The result will still be the same. Say we get a unique gun at 1000 hours of play time. It will take new players and ultra casuals a few years to get there. At some point, some of them are going to complain about it.

too many shield tiers, not needed with memento. ill leave a link to a breakdown i did a while back. its still pretty much the same deal. i also use picaros, but you can get slightly better damage with claws out. i run with skilltier picaros, memento, tech class, so its a tier 4 cardoor, tier 3 artificer. with memento scaling the shield jumps from 9mil to 12mil health, and artificer passive repair jumps from 48% to 58% and repairs every 10 seconds. its basically all named/exo. memento, punchdrunk, picaros, chainkiller, fox's, contractors.

Grand Washington Hotel is invaded this week.
Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for invaded stronghold back to invaded. Complete again for another nemesis piece (stronghold dependent). With any 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from Marksman Rifle Target Loot after that, regardless of project completion.

Once you get the blueprint from gwh, nemesis is added to your mmr loot pool. So it can be farmed after that point without needing to get the other parts

You can still complete the slow way, as long as there isnt a nemesis in stash or on the agent you want to complete the project with.

Well, an extra 24% status effects isn't really game changing for an EP build and the rest of the benefits aren't really suitable. Probably end up with Sacrum Imperium and 3pc Habsburg in the 'weird status +dps' concept.
Actually though yeah HF might be a good match, you'd have to run the HF bag though.

If I’m understanding your question correctly you cannot lose those specialization pistols. They are issued to you every time you change your specialization class.

If you really wanna run skills keep that, and if you feel your damage is lacking while doing that just throw some red in your build

This game is pure trial and error, your build will be experiment after experiment until you decide how you want to play

For example, I play incredibly aggressively. I love charging into fights with fast firing weapons and melting people, hence why I run striker

If there’s one piece of advice I have it’s to not be afraid to experiment with your build. I used to exclusively run long range combat, then I swapped over to close range. Sure it took an entire rework of my gear but it was definitely worth it in the long run

so grinding in this game is getting 1k shd level, filling in your library with max core and minor attributes for weapons and armor, then you can start worrying about getting your expertise up for a miniscule edge in things like PVP or maybe leveling an alt from 1-40 for the laughs
as i think the expertise upgrades just carries over in your weapons, specialization weapons, skills and from my point of view an extremely small amount in armor

There is a ton of end game content you can do as well. Hunter mask, doing all legendary missions(there are 5), doing both raids to get the exotics from them, and the incursion with it's exotic too. You can just get in a group and hard carried but with time you can make builds and contribute and maybe help people learn or do them too.

Honestly there is probably going to be a compromise spot in the middle where a few yellows gets you like 80% of the power that skill can provide damage wise so it's hard to say currently. It's just if that works like an amp vs some additive damage it'll just be busted. Their tool tips just never tell you this until you test it and it's not the first broken thing to ever go to PTS or even live version.

the manhunts is usually a week of doing things, by the final week of the manhunt you'll finish the last few objectives then you'll reveal the mission for the manhunt target and you take them on

Yeah but legacy manhunts are just the climax mission from previous seasons where you get 1 com from that season per completion. 4 of them give you extra skills and 1 is great and one is OP AF in the right usage.

I just re-purchased division 2 on steam. I’ve been playing on Ubisoft since launch. My Ubisoft account is linked to steam and when I logged in for the first time through steam it gave me 54% of achievements. When I looked at which achievements I’m missing, Global Communications was still locked. I’ve must have done Space Administration HQ a thousand times. Are the Steam achievements broken?

I have 3 other level 40 characters that I play on frequently. Really odd.

Snitch has a chance of spawning when you get close to one of his spots. If he doesn't spawn you can try another spot or log off and on to try the first one again.

Once you spawn him somewhere, he has a 30m cooldown before he'll spawn anywhere else

It's possible you accidentally spawned him somewhere else without noticing, and he's on cooldown. His spawn chance is pretty high, like 50% or something, so it shouldn't take many tries.
