Rogues are kinda funny when you pop a mortar in their room, leave a hive at the choke point, and target mortar strikes blind through the wall.
They either take the mortar hits or fk up their own day by playing chicken with a stinger hive

Seasonal xp works a little different.
Projects , journey challenges, and priority objectives help boost that level

Keep an eye on the rewards for different things. Itll list seasonal xp if it gives. I focused a lot of stronghold prio objectives for good gains

I could see them changing things up because no one actually likes the process of leveling a mule, just to use their scavenging points to get materials, to then donate for expertise. People do it purely because it's the most efficient way to level your expertise. That's pretty boring and not engaging imo. It also "punishes" new players who don't have a high watch level. So I could see them eliminating the whole mule tactic and just streamlining the process a bit and making the process more active and engaging.

there are regional servers / network nodes.. they are most likely using Amazon Web Services so not all of them might be getting hit. Only the ones that affect us

For most people, Ubisoft's PC side, Connect, is just entirely blown out. So most games are currently impossible to even access - it's a massive outage. It's also apparently affecting consoles to some extent. Error dolphin-028.

More detailed but not overly detailed base building. Designate what room has what purpose. Say if they make it so your main base can get attacked - and we can even choose WHERE to have our main base. Will it be a building, several buildings, or entirely in the wild? Cons and pros. Not the level of Fallout 4 or so, but limited placement options and what each part of the base does. Checkpoints and so on.

Hopefully, yes. A lot of people like some manner of basebuilding in games similar to AC. Controvery doesn't matter here, nor does AC specifically, it's more games with a fairly linear story with a lot of material gathering. Adding a limited base building to The Division makes sense. Other games are far more free but only have limited base building, but even a limited format would be plentiful if done properly and in a certain manner that fits.

It would be very limited supply/material generation in that case, at least on it's own.
I think passive supply/material increase would be gained from upgrades, but what supplies you get depends on what functions and rooms and such you get. And a base can never have "every possible function" at once, you have only so much space before you're maxed out. So some sacrifices on what you want your base to do will have to be made, for balancing. Or a perfect "everything base" would be possible, but it would be very resource intensive to get it all, and it would take time.
