They buffed the drop rate that just going through Summit and opening the Chest every 3 Floors should get you them all.

Even if you have no directives enabled the green tickets still drop? In my experience, Special Ammo and Scavenged Skills are simply reversed, so you can enable Scavenged Skills, if you are actually trying to enable the Special Ammo directive. Sometimes the UI can bug out and still show your skill cooldowns as the green ticket icons, but it's just visual and your skills will still come back off cooldown like normal.

DZ is split by your SHD or watch Level, so you will only play with other players just over Level 40 as well. Just get a half decent PvP build and you should be okay. I found most, but not all, players at the lower levels not to be hostile and actually friendly. Just wait until you get your watch to 1K and then you'll be dealing with the big boys with their insta-kill headshot builds.

Bighorn is very meta in PvP right now, EB is still quite solid, Capacitor is good for its type of builds, Cham can work if you really push to make it work.

I'm not really that familiar with the Strega, but this is all just to say: plenty of stuff works beyond what a youtuber will tell you is "godlike".

you can find them in open worlds at times, but they can also run off and you never see them

It's a good time for build diversity.

Make sure you're not on Story difficulty, check the task requirements for the minimum difficulty you need

Top right usually is what you are simply tracking. Go to the quartermaster and see if it's actually activated. The research itself, not the specialization.
