Known issue. Scavenged Skills and Special Ammo have swapped places on the list, and has also swapped the visuals for the cooldown counters

Getting the Cooler to proficiency

Had the most intense control point attack ever. Lvl 3 hyena post that I slowly advanced in. Eventually was up on the roof when a Black Tusk patrol entered and joined the fight. Then on top of that a hyena elite patrol joined in. All my guys die so they have to come again which resets the enemy counterattack. Then I ran out of ammo because I'm only carrying a submachine gun and the useless cooler so I have to snipe every enemy including a heavy with my revolver. Finally do it all and then I noticed an ammo box that was right there the whole time

Tried yesterday on Xbox with two skill and two dps but the quad copter just would not die.
Tried today on PS5 with three skill and one dps build and the same problem, the other players all thought it was bugged. So before I try the PC version is it worth it?

Library - extract a single stat from an item, keep it forever. Stats are locked to the type you got it from. I.e. if you take weapon damage from a pistol, you can't put it on an AR. Special stats from named items cannot be extracted.

Tinkering - from the extracted stats above, replace a stat on an item with that stat. You can't tinker exotics.

Expertise - think of it as another leveling system, each item has a proficiency level maxing out at ten. For every proficiency, you get exp towards expertise. Once you get ten proficiency levels, that item is "proficient" and can be upgraded to the same level as your current expertise. For example, if you have expertise ten, you can upgrade your weapon ten times. You get proficiency by using gear or donating it as junk in the expertise section.

For what it’s worth, You get more of the CD credits. I go for heroic to get more of those. Not a crazy big difference but it adds up type thing.

100,000 armor is 7% of my armor with this weirdo build I've got. 0.5% armor per shot means I need to crit something like 14-16 times

I'm running out of ammo with an ACS-13, literally firing all 100-something shots, just for credit once

if it's 8 pellets per shot, I crit half of them, I should be getting credit every 4-7 shots or so depending on how many pellets hit

So the passive is 0.5% of max armour per crit, if your armour is 1.6 million, youre getting 8k armour per crit

now if its 4/8 pellets every shot, that should be 36k ish per shot

it probably is 1 mil then

or crit recovery itself has a cooldown

Once lvl 40 it's important to craft the weapon mods (optics, magazines, grips, muzzle attachments, etc.), once crafted you can add them to all weapons they fit. They will allow you to increase things like fire rate, magazine size, reload speed, optimal range, etc.

Guys, something really weird just happened. I got "the apartment" to drop in the LZ. It dropped from the first boss in the capitol mission.

And then I got another one as the mission reward.
