As a general rule: dtooc is pretty much always superior.

the reasons vary from person to person, but it's important to remember that "damage to armour" only works on enemies with a white bar over their health.

For named items and weapons, you only need to level up 10 times for full proficiency

its 2x faster from donating materials or donating the gears/weapons itself, not sure about killing xps but must be 2x for that as well, so yeah its not that much fast unless u r high shd (2k+) and create mules and mules in 2-3hrs each

So, the Bounties in Southwest are broken on Xbox. Can’t do the Scout 15. EVERYONE in clan is having the same issue. When going to bounty option on map menu. No option for icon to evn click on bounties. All public ex are true sons and put the bounties in Constitution Hall. Went to safe house in SW and the bounty table is just blank like the bounty option on map for the SW.

basically you should see an NPC glowing golden if i remember correctly. you kill them you get the golden bullet. golden bullet gives you insane weapon handling which is stability, accuracy, reload speed and something else all in one. the reload is pretty much instant

Odd question. Playing on Challenging, plenty of time in game, I'm suddenly noticing a change. I'm getting stun-locked by random mobs all over the place. Even low-level reds, but golds are almost near constant. I'm also noticing that any kind of status effect, being on fire, bleeding, blinded, 'disoriented'(man, that's getting old), all of them seem to create a state where the screen blurs, you have little to no control over movement, and good luck hitting anything. On top of this, mobs will chain-stun you, and kill you, leaving you unable to do anything about it. This seems like a very new thing (to me), anyone else notice it?

It was annoying enough that me and the team decided to call it a day, because it had gotten that repetitive and annoying.

well, you lock the modification to the slot you recal. but that slot can be changed anytime unless you optimize it, then its locked for good. youll generally farm the attributes you want so you can roll the main core. these are usually called unicorns, depending on the piece and what rolls/talents need to be on the item

There are tons of reasons, raid keys/incursion keys/weekly projects/weekly legendary/more storage/more loadouts for PVP/PVE/raid separation per character/then the big one is your watch points are global and apply to all so you'll get salvage points on all 4 as you level up and once you use them all you can delete and recreate a character for all those points again.

Heroic runs tend to be filled with people that dislike low levels. You're better off matchmaking Challenging, it's almost the same but enemies deal less dmg and have less health.
