I test it, it is good (with bloody knukles on wright and lovebirds, but now with the new holster exotic + oro, you can do good damage too. So my question is : what is the best ? I found if you kill a enemy in it's spawn zone, like in the door, which happens a lot during power plant farming with a CC build player, it will drop nothing, I observed like 30 round of spawn kill and there's even no material drop on kill, this absolutely beyond RNG.

I recommend a multi-facet approach.

1. Slap a 4 piece gear set together with a couple of brand pieces that synergize with it. Be cognizant of the attributes for effectiveness, but don't stress on maxing everything. A single recalibration on each item is enough.

Then go run 4-6 heroic missions with matchmake. Countdown also works for some builds here.

2. Always have your secondary weapon and pistol be ones that you're not proficient with.

3. Rotate through playing with the specializations with your builds. They will level slower, but it should always be forward progress.

4. Donate resources to the named items or skills you're least likely to get or use.

5. Run mule characters through getting a watch. Then use the resources for printer filament to donate to items. It takes about 3500 to go from zero to proficient with named items and weapons.

6. Check the vendors for items that you're not proficient with. Buy a bunch and donate. Pistols are the cheapest. It takes 20 to go from zero to proficient.

7. Always pick up your loot as trash and donate trash to expertise. It's a good idea to hastily check it first.

Not apparel, not shd lvl, those are account-wide. You will need to re-earn spec points but not redo the field research. You can choose to share crafting materials and blueprints but you don't have to. Collectibles like comms are per character so you can re-collect them.

Note you can probably only share mats and blueprints if you create the new character and purchase the 'shared blueprints' and 'shared materials' options BEFORE deleting your existing one

like if you got 5 red core, thats 75% wp, so getting 85% wd instead of 90 def isnt a big loss
