the hardest part about nemesis is waiting for grand washington hotel to be invaded so it drops the blueprint... luckily its currently invaded. use a guide to see what you need to do in tidal to get your first piece, run dua after that as invaded to get a second piece. then run grand washington invaded for the blueprint. after you have blueprint in hand you can farm nemesis in mmr target loot without needing to complete the quest.

It's not solved. However that red marking is just a visual bug, as long as you do all 3 missions, stronghold unlocks.

Tiny, the way to get Exotics from Chall/Heroic Countdown is to buy an Exotic Cache every 2-3 runs from the Countdown Laptop Vendor at the BoO (White House), it's near the outside store, opposite side.

@tranquil burrow Use it with the Mad Bomber Chest Talent and you can actually "cook" the grenades before you throw them, improving your overall efficiency.

Fire nade can proc sledge for the entire time its burnimg. If new enemies hop into the fire swap back to sledge weapon again for a split second and its applied/ reapplied to anything inside radius.
