Library:
All talents and only one attribute per item that are extracted can be infinitely applied to any piece/weapon that you need.
For every talent or attribute extraction the piece gets destroyed.

Tinkering:
You can only recalibrate one attribute or talent in an item. You can sometimes get to re-recalibrate an attribute as much as you want.
Exotic gear CANNOT be recalibrated but Rerolled by having the blueprint from Inaya at the BoO (Base of Operations)

Optimising:
You can optimise an attribute from a piece to what that attribute's % is at the Library. For example = If you have 12% Weapon DMG extracted in the Library, you can only optimise to that cap (on a gear piece/weapon) until you extract 15% Weapon DMG to the Library.
There's a small arrow ⬆️ at the attributes in your gear that indicates your cap at the Library, if it turns orange, you have that att maxed.

I hope I explained correctly as my english is still not perfect.

Yep you get a fresh start to get more medals from them. You can just do three and three per week and unlock everything. It's what I do cause I'm lazy, just crack out the three hard mission speeds both weeks.

In celebration of this absolutely phenomenal achievement, id like to recount a time i went camping in the woods. This was a time in my life when i really felt like being alone. During the night, i was fast asleep, but a huge shriek awoke me. Terrified, i unsheathed the knife id brought with me and stepped out of my tent to investigate. Perhaps someone was in danger, a predator of some sorts maybe, but no; it was far, far worse than that. As i got closer and the shrieks got louder i could clearly make out some god awful music too. No. It couldnt be. There was another tent across the way where the shrieks were coming from and so i stepped in, and sure enough, this poor woman had stumbled across a dien speedrun. Hurriedly, i smashed her phone and carried her over my shoulder to my car, and naturally i drove as fast as i could back to my place. Had i not found her and taken her away, i fear she couldve smashed her head into a tree. Me and this woman are now married, im a much more social person, and i have 21 kids and am working 5 jobs. Evidently, i dont play much of the division anymore due to this, but thank you truly dien, your music really does save lives.

Hunters and rogues have similar (if not identical) AI so both can count for practice. The Nemesis in descent is the same, so doing nemesis runs (for comms, exotic cache, chance of blueprints) can be a good method of gaining experience.
Scorpio works wonders against hunters & rogues both. For rogues only (not hunters) a turret & drone skill build is a very easy way of cheesing them. Otherwise it's mostly a matter of knowing when is safe to shoot (when they're running or focused on a skill or something) and when to duck back into cover. Keep moving around the battlefield so you don't get cornered, and make sure you keep an eye on their skill usage.

You get boss loot once per kill, it used to not be that way and people farmed the floor bosses because of this. Would net you 1 SHD every 30ish seconds if you did it correctly.

The "8 missions" are effectively just 8 extra fast travel points that you can do without, the cosmetics are easily ignored, and early access to the Spec Trees is only by a few hours, since you can unlock them fast enough without that.

Activate the Spec Tree, then do anything that says it rewards the points, it will have an icon there and a number, usually 3 or 5.
you also get some each time you level up your SHD.

I think people legitimately dont know how long f10 farm was active before the expertise system blew it up and made it the mainstream farm it turned into.

F10/convoys and the like all revolved around actually doing things in game and utilizing mechanics to your advantage. I dont class those as the same thing as descent.

Personally I think f10 was pretty top tier when it was possible. You could easily get 60+ shd/hr and with the right setups and strategy you could clear it in around 30 seconds

Hello guys. I’m trying to extract core attributes for my picaro holster in my library so I can recalibrate it but it’s showing “show extractable items: 0 available”when I literally have trash holsters that have core amour attributes.

I’m literally trying to get my holster core armor attribute to max so I can put it on my picaro

It doesn’t even let me optimise the armour already on my Picaro, it says “slot attribute needs to be extracted” can you not optimise named items?

memento's talent is pretty huge. you basically get regen , a huge buff to skills( %skill efficiency is % in all skill buckets), and a 3 red core equivalent. ill also mention when using a shield+memento, the efficiency scales up your shield armor through skill health as well as 2 skilltiers before even figuring in the rest of the build. it is slightly less damage than say vigilance, but it makes up for it with all the boosts it gives to pretty much any build.
its not hard to stack at all. i was always able to stack it in a group while running fire eclipse (dont ask 😅 ). dps is even easier to stack .
memento is absolutely the hardest working single item in the game.

It's easily the "best" overall Exotic we have, one that doesn't really limit your playstyle, compared to the Ouro needing to hug enemies, and Coyotes needing to use a slide-ruler to keep up the damage.

tbf, a regular he bag is 2 attributes and a talent and both exotics are a trade off.

ninja can unlock a max of 5 attributes and give you free cores.
sometimes, when using ninja to unlock stuff you may have to choose non optimal pieces to unlock a desired attribute. unlocking gearset bonus is even worse trade.

memento gives 7 attributes long buff, free cores, 30% more weapon damage than ninja, plus an occasional bonus armor/more weapon damage/more skill efficiency when you pickup. 3% regen is kinda huge as one of the attributes, and you would need 3 pieces to match it.

considering how long buff stays procced for 5 minutes, you are not really required to dash around under fire to make trophy pickups (1 trophy every 5 mins to keep long buff). you can pickup trophy after an area is cleared. if you do pickup trophy mid fight you are getting a significant boost and bonus armor.

i fail to see how ninja has more utility... either exotic bag is a trade off, but you get way more ROI from memento.

As many YT videos and people have said, no, not all activities are as good as CP4's 'cause of travel time.
Whilst you have a set route for CP's, other activities don't at all. So you waste more time traveling and resetting until you get the desired activity.

As its 1/12 I have to do all of them starting with grand Washington?

you can do them in the order you want, but the strongholds unlock once you did the corresponding missions

Decent is pretty easy and no need to over complicate it

Just stack intimidate + any good damage talents, something to proc intimidate, and buy cc ammo for your side arm and do easy/medium rooms to nemmy

Crit damage is a little low. Obv watch plays a part but you're missing more than watch crit.
A fully optimized elmo/coyote/ceska/striker should be able to hit 52chc/173chd with max watch. with the only crit chance rolls being on the highend piece and coyote. All other rolls/mods as chd.

Technically with no watch 42chc/153chd is achievable (realistically 48/141 if prioritizing chance for proper dps)

Take a look at what rolls/brands that are not helping you achieve this and tweak as needed.

Cooldown is 5s and specialization kit effects are NOT applied.

Quite a few high shd at this point. It looks daunting until you factor in playtime. Fairly easy to achieve high number with steady activity . Just remember, shd says nothing about a player other than time spent. Inspect the builds and you'll see what I mean 😉

Grand Washington Hotel is invaded this week.
Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for Manning National zoo back to invaded and complete again for another piece. with 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from MMR TL after that regardless of project completion.

Just learnt that the ninja backpack also works with high end gear. My idea to use a full high end set seems interesting now

My logic right is with that backpack you can basically make your own build. Question is will it out do gear sets like striker I doubt it

Sticky in hand functions like other skills you deploy. If manually setting turret/ hive/decoy you are also stuck into an aiming slow walk.
Chem launcher is kinda coded like a weapon, to the point where some talents actually drift to the chem (like chatterbox rate of fire buff).

I would have to test that. When you pull out oxi/chem it still considers your previously held weapon as being in hand. Spec weapon has it's own spot when rotating through weapons so I dont see how it would pick up on another weapons talent. Do you have a specific example I can test?
