Apologies for taking so long to reply. No we didn't get to see in advancce, test,. play and provide feedback/recomendations on the Incursion. The ETF doesn't get an advance heads up on everything but I'd say they do involve us in advance more often than not on those kinds of things. For example we knew about countdown in advance and were able to work with them on feedback for it. Per an NDDA I can't get into specifics but once it was announced and added the game then we can talk about it as long as it's things/info publicly available. Personally I think the ETFS's involvement in Countdown was very impactful and beneficial based on it's reception with the player base.

PVP CHANGES
-NERFS
/ Bring Ouroboros RPM down to 1250 or 1300 to make other Smgs a bit more viable and make PvP and PvE have more options because it is a OP weapon with Extreme DPS.

/ Capacitor and Bighorn should lose the 10% base dmg buff from project resolve because it would make other weapons more viable and they would still be outliers just not as ahead of the other ARs.

/ Some other things
Determined talent shouldn’t refresh all the time you shouldn’t be able to keep one tapping to the toe nail back to back, nerf it.

/ Make shotguns do a bit less dmg like 1/4 less dmg in pvp?

-SOME OTHER THINGS
/ Make the booster hive give you 2-5 seconds of immunity to all status instead of 20% to make you sacrifice a skill to counter status

More PVP Changes | Darkzone and Conflict
-CONFLICT
/ Add a Ranked mode and a 8v8 mode like in division 1 with special rewards maybe a overall ranked progression Exotic Weapon or Gear reward that’s there forever to gain.

The capacitor was already good with the right build and now is insanely high damage dealing with the 10% dmg buff and 10% target out of cover same with the bighorn

I use the big horn all the time and I know how good it is and if they were to nerf these other weapons they would have to nerf it as well

I had an exotic drop during a mission for the first time in months the other day. caches (and seasonal rewards) seem to be the one reliable way to get an exotic.

You can get them from countdown as a drop, but exotic caches every couple of runs is actually fastest way for new players

it's not the best if you are aiming for a single particular exotic maybe but still better than most methods

Just target loot masks. I've always found gear exotics seem to drop at a lower rate than weapon exotics.
Gear type categories have like 60+ pieces for rng, where weapons types would only have 28-30ish with similar amount of exotics for either.

I would still roll through countdown. even if you dont get coyote right away, you'll still get a lot of exo components from the caches that will be very useful for endgame expertise upgrades.

Gate strat's from Incursion. You just stay in the gate and not go out to the Lovebirds and do DPS on them. It's slower and newbie-friendly
I certainly prefer Arch Strat with oxy

@trim heart Div2 is a sort of "always here" thing, so you don't so much finish the game as keep on going.
@hybrid trout The snitch spawns at random places around the map, there's a big list over at division2map.com. The best way to find them is to pick a spot that's near a fast travel point, and keep re-logging until they spawn in.

I know its not easy getting stuff fixed ( or try to not break it in first place) with a small team. But if you update the issue board and forget half or more of the "issues" then that a issue on its own and it only takes 1 person 10min to know 90% of the stuff thats broken and then 5min to edit the board.... so imo no matter the size of the team this is just bad and feels like who ever does it has little to no intrest in doing it. (And if thats not the case then the gotta put bit more effort in it).

Despite the bugs and glitches we still play the hell out of it so its not enough (for some it is at times ) to stop us playing and then new content is nice but at some point the gotta put fixing first and then build from there. Not sure if player heath comes in. Tested it with changing gear, 2 red for 2 blue cores. And explosion numbers raised equal to that numbers.
The funny thing is that you can clearly say it's not working as intended, because description of the talent says: Explosion damage is reduced for named enemies (because of their excessive amount of armor^^)

And it's such a shame. True Patriot with a working talent would be such a great team set.... paired with Ongoing Directive? Holy....
