I do navy plaza and reset it, with 5 directives and knowing where to call flare so you only get the manhole spawns on the south means you can do it in about 2-3 minutes, it's a guaranteed level with 5D. So easy 20-30 levels an hour depending on how good you are.

Sleeping giant is a good repeat cp as well. Close to safe house. Both attacking and defending spawns are predictable and close

Yea UI has multiple bugs, hud is gone completely you can't see your ammo or health, if you die you can't respawn have to exit the game, status effects seem to last forever cause the game can't gauge what's happening apparently. Patches for games on both consoles supposedly goes through longer certification processes, however I'm also reading that it has been lessened over the years - aswell as it being based on an "honor" system (as in, new developers cannot push 0-day patches, but veteran companies can)
That being said, the issues are still being investigated. Speaking as a developer, some bugs are "easy" to fix and some just breaks your mind.
The best story I have was starting the day off by finding an application breaking bug, spending about 10 hours changing the code over and over with new solutions, new ways to handle the bug - didn't change a thing. Before I went home I reverted the code to what I started with -> bug was gone. I cannot explain why. I had several coworkers come up with ideas throughout that day.
With issues like the current one not affecting every console player - and the game being as Massive (pun intended) as it is - I'd guesstimate they're still trying to find the exact cause of the issue -> and we (well PS players) sadly have to be patient till then.

If you're not wanting to switch builds for different areas (i hate doing that personally) just turn the event on and use an AR striker build or something similar, hunters fury is fine-ish but youre gonna have trouble shooting theo at the end. IMO if you arent exiting the judicial building before the 10 minute mark your run is fubar

Well originally you had to get the blueprint from the Season Pass, but since it's over its now in the General Loot Pool.
You probably want to swap over to the other spreadsheet, that one looks a little...off.

It also says you need the Liberty Blueprint to get the Mosquito and BLB, which I'm not really sure where they got that info from.

I'd be careful about following advice from that one in general, honestly the one on here is much more up to date overall and if you have a question, can always ask someone who put it together when they're online. Azur on the mod team is one of them.

First see if you can buy it from the Crafting Vendor (Inaya, in the White House) but it's almost certainly available via TL already.

Exotics are a lot harder to find in TL farming than gold/gearset stuff, that is intentional.

It does kinda smell like RNG being annoying.
We've all gone through this at one stage or another. back in div1 for me it took me just north of 100 runs of Lexington to get that exotic.

Just in case this does turn out to be real, try running some Countdown on Chall, and buying a cache every 2-3 runs. At least that way you've got a higher chance of getting one.

Targeted Loot is the same as General Loot pool, just an fyi.

how Targeted Loot works is that it's a potential extra drop on top of what an enemy normally would, to increase the chance of that drop happening, you add Directives.

and of course, play on Challenging or higher, to only let enemies drop gold/gearset/exotic loot in the first place.

The overall average % of attributes is just altered by difficulty, yeah.
Directives only add bonus xp and extra chance for TL.

(with Countdown being one of the weird exceptions, as Challenging in that seems to give slightly higher rolls, likely due to the amount of players in the team)

It's not strictly "better average" to be 100% honest, a more accurate way of saying it is that it's a better minimum roll, so the average is higher.

tl;dr so the worse rolls are better on Heroic than Chall.

Both spreadsheets says the same thing: If you don't have the blueprint, Catharsis only drops from the cache. With blueprint, it's added to the general loot pool.
I've seen it reported on the ubi Discord aswell.
Which is annoying, because that diverges the coyote farming math I had done
