At the end of the day it's a legal issue, as Ubisoft, the server owner, is a legal entity. Discord ToS, afaik, puts the legal liability on the server owner.
Ubisoft either needs a moderator in voice chats at all time (costly) or needs to record everything being said just in case (requires consent from all parties, which cannot be guaranteed and is a hell of a mess because of GDPR).
It's a bit easier to close voice channels ^^

Actually when there's a new thingy starting where you get extra SHD for 15 levels is a great time to knock some out,
that and Apparel Events. Each cache in it requires 4 level ups, so it's worth farming during those.

if you want a nice and simple starting build to run around the open world on Challenging (good start before you make the push to Heroic when you're ready) I highly recommend a Hunters Fury setup. Self-healing, damage buffs, bit of tank if you use the Memento version. It's a good work-horse.

Honestly, you don't have to spend a single dollar on cosmetics in div2, there's more than enough freebies.

I used to do the whole call 2 extractions thing solo but it’s a waste of time as by the time you run to the next one and call it in the heli will arrive by the one you ran from. Ideally it works better with 2 people but the best way to extract is to hide and run up in the last 20 seconds

Problem is if you die your stuff doesn’t get extracted

The pulse resistance thing ruins your ability to use scanner pulse but it’s a good way of knowing… if in duo 1 person can run remote pulse and drop it at the extraction site and it will tell you if someone approaches the area hopefully and when you are ready to run someone else uses scanner pulse

I guess you can do the same thing with scanner drone and remote pulse solo but the drone has a higher chance of getting spotted

But annoying bug has appeared. you load 1 in the chamber, change mag to get full mag + 1 in the chamber. nice.
but if you switch weapons, the 1 in the chamber disappears. Extremely frustrating on guns with low mag capacity like the 7 round shotties..

It is a bug. It's a lot worse on rock n roll. Swap that and it loses 10extra from the talent.

Also about trigger discipline... if you carry without 1 in the chamber it's like riding in the car without seatbelt on and hoping you'll be able put it on quick in the event of a crash... but that's off topic 😅

There's nothing pointless about Expertise, however it's far from mandatory in any situation.

We got along plenty fine in the endgame before it was added, it's fine after.

I would just say keep an eye on #td2-build-advice when there is maths being used as explanation and you'll get some insight into how the damage formula works. If everything was an amp it would be a 1:1 increase but you need to take into account the additive nature of every attribute other than amps. It all has diminishing returns
