I'd say it also depends if it's a normal/veteran/elite warhound, because they behave differently.
Only the elite minigun warhounds has the spinny ability. Elite bomber warhounds shoot emp more than anything, right - or is that a specific subtype

Idk what one could consider "average" in this game. Average for someone who has played since SHD was introduced could be 5k-20k SHD really. Depends on what you do and did while playing. Some content gives a tiny bit of xp and some did F10 every waking moment until it got nerfed.

Feels a bit weird on some weapons after maxing out on stability, i.e., slower-RPM LMGs and LVOA-C (the semi-auto one).

So your max level is set to 40 rather than 30. You start at lvl 30 and complete the expansion which will get you to 40. This unlocks the summit and i think countdown (could be wrong on that) expansion players unlock shd watch which increases every stat imaginable and gets you resources

DLCs usually have lore, maybe some new equipment, but balancing patches are usually applied to the main game.
Expansions build upon the base game. If you've ever played World of Warcraft then you know that while you could just not buy the latest expansion, you are missing out on all the latest content. And most of the playerbase are in that content.

Dont use the numbers in logistics stuff, but a general "For Honor has more players than TD1 on steam" is still true

This is to do with the Xbox quick resume feature, the Division dose not like it. The way to fix it is to always log out of the game before you exit and close the app. This fixed it for me I have not had it since.

i ended up using a full 100% hazpro eclipse build with foam and shock traps, its normally for CD but works great on 100 heroic. if you keep one in the little room the other 3 agents can get in position and preset some shock traps in the hunter spawn. once the forth enters they spawn. if you have a survivalist nade in the group, that is a pretty long lasting cc that will further jack up hunters at the beginning. bonus points if the survivalist also has a lefty for extra damage

VOIP will not return. AFAIK the Discord ToS puts voip responsibility on the server owners and since this is a server officially operated by Ubisoft, it becomes a legal issue (with GDPR being one of many contenders as to why it isn't here).

It will feel rushed until you get the hang of it - but it has always felt rushed - that's what a time limit does to you.
Imagine doing any mission, and a timer starts counting down from 15 minutes. That's bound to feel rushed until you realize, most heroic missions can be done in 10 minutes

Basically, the Spec Trees are best seen as conveyers of the bonuses that they give.
e.g. Gunner gives you +10% Armour on Kill (AoK), Banshee Pulse, and some free ammo regularly.

^also more rate of dire on kill and every third reload is faster, not that you will notice if you use Fast Hands, Unwavering or Braced

keeps you in the fight by allowing you to keep putting lead downrange through the inherent ammo resupply and to a lesser extent regen through the armor on kill

the one main exception is the Crossbow, where if you shoot a Heavy enemy, it can remove the chest plate so you can do direct health damage. Very satisfying.

How does skill haste work? My drone has a cooldown of 13.1s. I put on a 12% skill haste mod. Should give roughly 1.6s but I end up with 12.4s (0.7s). Thats not even 5%

I may not be correct, but I dont think haste is a direct percentage.
If it was, 100% haste would make you have 0 cooldown.
Afaik, 100% haste is supposed to cut cooldown by around 50%.
I dont no the actual formula for figuring, but I'm sure one of the maths guys has something available

Some blueprints are in descent reconstructed caches iirc. There was a list floating around of what can drop.

so everytime i played incursion it wouldnt take long to kill the lovers, but for some reason and idk if this was already there but the defender drone she gets can be immune along with her being immune and you have to shoot the other to actually get rid of it. i dont remember doing this ever but it could also be because other teams were better and had more knowledge of it when i was playing so i didnt need to learn it

i was curious maybe it was obvious because the group i was with was in shd lvl of 100 to 400 and it was already rough from the start. barely beat the flaming melee guy. but i didnt know since i guess people knew what to do. it was just more interesting how she ran into our area and we couldnt attack at all

Always has been, shot the one without the drone hear the very clear voiceline about sending the drone over to them, shoot the drone after that when it will be exposed, repeat until drone dies

Lot of time left in the season. Can finish the 100 levels needed in less that a week if a daily player

Just grind out challenging or heroic controlpoints and stack blueprints and field recon data on top of the shd 😉

If you run Heroic 5D, you only have to clear 87 (ish) CP4s to get 100 levels, no biggie

lmao no, that wasn't at all what I was alluding to.
I just had bad room after bad room in legendary summit. Sometimes rooms are good, sometimes..
Sometimes you get a drone ambush + an emp jammer in the same room.
Sometimes you have to suffer through 3 terminals of "hacking" while being ambushed by drones in the tiniest room imaginable.
Sometimes the terminal is right next to the spawn door
And sometimes you're having fun and getting waaaay better rooms than I did.

WONY is not "just" a DLC, it's a full on expansion - akin to how World of Warcraft works

i did have an long ass giant post in the older ubi forums about how some talents could have been reworked into being added to specializations even before the spec rework talk happened

mostly stuff like drop and roll and some smaller talents

If Lincoln does not have the right targeted loot, farm open world targeted loot instead.
Pick your favourite Heroic CP4 in the area.

Farm this Heroic CP4 with as few people as you can manage. (this lets you clear faster and kill Named enemies
more often)
If you have friends who will drop the exotic for you, farm it with them.

Every time you clear the CP4, reset all control points to hostile to do it again immediately.
Every time you reset, immediately call for nearby allies so that you are able to respawn on them."```
