In the story mode, I think so - but once you get to end-game, it's an on-going battle and you're gonna be clearing and resetting control points more than you can even imagine now.

There's no "liberation" outside of the story.

Basically, any wearable gear you have (except for Exotics) , so like Holsters, Chest, Backpack, etc. Can have its appearance change into any other via the "mod" menu.

To unlock the transmog, you just need to pick up that gear once.

once you hit 40 its all the same. difficulty will determine what the floor is for lowest possible attribute roll.
there is a separate expertise system that facilitates power creep. so any new gear wont jack up the player level. itll just add a level to expertise.

Grand Washington Hotel is invaded this week
Perfect week to start the Nemesis project.
After you get the tidal basin piece , change mode for manning zoo to invaded and complete again. with 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from MMR TL after that regardless of project completion.

Nope! It's actually the method to get the blueprint+eventually the entire Nemesis Exotic MMR (sniper rifle)

tl;dr for it is go to Tidal Basin on not story mode, find the key upstairs in the bunk area, then way later (just before you go to the final boss area), there's a door on your left inside. Open it, take the MMR from the crate, decon it.
that'll get you the first part for it.

then follow the rest of deck's instructions.

You cant do that yet. As soon as you enter WONY, you physically cannot leave until you finish the entire story of WONY

For now, just finish the story. Run through it then go farm a build. Any time spent farming under level 40 and after level 30 is wasted, essentially, as you will quickly outpace it.

Waypoints have been screwy in div2 since 2019, it just seems to hit different people at different times, and some are luckier than others.
Honestly considering my usual abysmal luck with them, this one has been remarkably workable.

Just needs to stop using Merciless, Sacrum Imperium, NinjaBike backpack, 2p Heartbreaker, 2p Cavalier, Aces & Eights, 3p Lengmo, stop using Armor Regen and Health attributes, Walker & Harris outside of Chainkiller, or just use Striker with Ceska Vyroba chestpiece with Obliterate and St. Elmo's Engine. Next, your gameplay is perfect, you just need to work on not reviving your teammates in the open, not dropping decoy right on top of teammates, not bringing hackable skills to Countdown, cover-to-cover, dodge rolling, melee baiting, and learning how to solo legendary & incursion. I hope these simple tips help.

It's a method, especially if you are looking for something specific.
If you're just farming exotics to break and use for upgrades, then countdown will give a cache ever 2 runs plus whatever drops in from target loot

Agreed. I do know why hyenas hit so hard though, it's cause their weapons are coded to be smgs that deal the same damage per shot as an assault rifle. Of course on lower difficulties, it's balanced by the fact that they couldn't hit the broadside of a barn like 50 percent of the time.

There's really no argument here. The value of the blue core alone is just bad. You want that blue core to actually matter by running DR - which makes you tankier - or by using the shield, because it scales better off the raw cores than you do.
