You've got no stack>half stack>full stack. Dropping stacks is when you pop a helm/robot/dog. Arguably knowing when to drop stacks is what separates the boys from the men.

Getting stacks on a weapon with a larger base damage like the nem or tac 50 can put you up to full stacks if you swap to your other weapon.

white death lower damage now. the extra headshot doesnt help boost damage after the first shot. base damage is worth more for the headhunter stacks.
m700 also has an extra mod slot and has more rounds
