Yep, the bosses will always have a 1% chance to drop the Ouroboros.
note that it doesn't "stack" in chance, it's always 1% from them so you're rolling a 99% chance of not getting it from them every time.

Yeah, right now you can get the striker set in the Federal Emergency Bunker mission, run it a few times, else you could run summit. Once you get a decent Striker build going, you can queue for challenging/heroic countdown, gives you a ton of gear.

G just calls for backup, to make group public you gotta click the bar at the top above your name, and it will give you privacy options

I have no idea what any of that means, but Coyotes and Elmos are both worth farming for. Just hit up TL (Targeted Loot) on chall/heroic countdown (CD) and buy the exotic caches from the CD vendor every 2-3 runs.
