It's about making the end-game content the primary part of the game. Sure, you can choose to be below max level in World of Warcraft and twink, there's a community for that, but realistically you just want to be max level.
There would be a small community at level 30 and 40, but 50 is where the majority would be if they introduced that.

Expertise already provides the power creep an an open ended and infinite way. A level up at this point would be kinda stupid and would drive a real exodus from div2 imho.

Seeing as gear sets come with 1 attribute and 1 core and no additional perks past 4 pc, having a brand set would net you the brand bonus and an extra attribute. In dps builds this typically means an extra 10% CHC(ceska brand bonus) and 39% CHD(15% from grupo brand and 24% from two extra attributes) if you are wearing ceska/grupo. These numbers are significant increases.

Not all exotics can be gotten from countdown tho. Tons are crafting projects that you can have drop once you get the blueprint tho. Lots of people bypass crafting them by having an exotic shared too.

Oh and you should 1000% look up the nemesis project and work on that before Tuesday, it'll put you into a position to farm TL or have it drop from exotic caches if you do it this week because you can get the blueprint from GWH while it's invaded. @gaunt quest

Follow the group, objectives make it go faster, people wanna skip VIP, don't use hackable skills around hunters at the start or finish. Turret, hives, drone, stuff like that.

What I mean by objectives make it go faster is to just make sure the objective is priority and then killing as sitting at a computer and hacking it can be done while shooting stuff but going later sets you behind the ball.

Yeah you get tons of loot including named items. I'd say 40-50 items with 10ish being named.

You also get a currency that you can spend at a vendor. Every two successful challenging runs will net you one exotic cache.

I think it's a good change considering it would have probably upset PVP, it's a 3pc bonus and I haven't looked at the brand unlocks and how much health you could have and regen off of a single kill but it's probably enough to warant that reduction.

I do think that having such large health % bonuses will def give more options for PVP builds tho. Considering a brand bonus or two would net you a larger effective health pool vs 1-2 blue core you'll probably see some changes around that.

Heroic doesn't have any difference in loot quality, the only thing you'll get is more countdown requisition to spend. If you find great success go for it but once you get 4-5 bad teams and dead runs you might consider challenging better just because you'll finish more runs.

Don't, I'd save these for when you need the harder to farm/craft items it'll give you. Most people sit on 100s to multiple 1000s of watch points.

In the end it'll be recon data and SHD recals but you shouldn't worry about optimizing until 600-800 SHD imo, time is better spend farming gear for perfect rolls vs optimizing.

It's not super hard. Depending on your group you could come in with a rainbow build and do nothing the entire time. If you wanna contribute use a meta strikers set up. Strikers chest is bis from tanker on but obliterate is good for courtyard. Any top AR works and bring an acs to get stacks.

A great player with HB will do better than a bad player with strikers but if two great players use both strikers will come out on top with DPS and the incursion is just a DPS check. The more damage output the smoother and quicker runs will be.
