You may be thinking of youtube builds when you refer to "Terminator", you mostly want to avoid those as div2 builds are actually quite complicated and youtubers tend to miss things.

Actually right now it's easily in the top 3 for OP builds.
4pc Hotshot, Chainkiller chest, Airaldi backpack w/Vigilance, and the White Death MMR w/Determined.
HSD (headshot damage) on everything, secondary roll is WH (weapon handling) and a red core (weapon damage) for al the pieces.

You can also use the incredibly rare "3pc hotshot" setup, just replace the knees with Fox's Prayer knees instead)

whichever build youuse, make sure your MMR has 100% stability, as on MMR's it removes all bullet drop.

If you haven't crafted the Nemesis MMR, it's your chance. But we will have to wait for the server maintenance to finish first.
