Yea, try and build out the chainkiller chest piece (walker), providence bag with weapon handling and headshot damage and vigilance, mask, gloves, knees and holster hotshot. Get headshot around 300% and handling at 100%. Decoy and repair drone with sharpshooter specialization. That is my build

Unable to launch, falling through environment, the game was a division'ish style with loot on the ground. Just didn't stay consistent with the Wildlands theme of game play. Whereas Div1 and 2 basically remained the same. Heck, what was the maximum range to snipe in Wildlands, 500 meters or more. Breakpoint may have allowed rendering for ahots up to 200?

This manhunt bug is very interesting to me. 1st target pops up, do the required missions, save the person and then go talk to them. this is a rinse and repeat 4 times. after the 4th rescued person, talk to them and get the final target. in this case it is the recruiter. complete the mission, return and talk to chirpie. after that, do the "secret" messages. I always did mine solo, so if this is something unique to trying to talk to the target in a group that causes a bug, then leave the group after the rescue?

Back in the day, there was a very good farming method, floor 100 legendary and with directives on, and there was the oxi strat, if you have a team of competent players, you can clear that floor and rinse and repeat with about 5 minutes per run

Now I know what the DZ reminds me of, it's the greater rift dungeons in diablo 3. You had to make it to the end to the boss to spawn and if you killed him, he dropped crazy loot. If you died, you had to respawn all the way back at the beginning of the dungeon and risked not being able to get to the boss in time.

The behind you talent needs to have a separate PVP version that is not too strong due to the high amount of damage it can do in the DZ. The perfect version should be 30% and the regular version should have 20%. But leave it as is for PVE. Also, the new exotic gloves are quite useless as hip firing holds not real benefit. The exotic needs to be reworked entirely as the playerbase would like to see “usable” exotics. Those like the coyotes, memento, BTSU Gloves, are staples for many builds. But the new exotic gloves? Are not.

Personally I agree. I feel as though damage to elites should be brought back. I’ve watched videos where content creators tested a full health build with over 1 million health and it doesn’t help much at all. If health is going to be a thing again, there needs to be buffs to it entirely.

I understand why they would. A lot of people don’t have the time to redo it all over again and some people are impatient. However there are people who will go over and over again. My advice to you would be to find a solid friendly clan who you can run with at any given moment. The clan I’m in on Xbox is like that.

dont think damage to elites should come back, too mandatory for higher end content that only pretyt much drops elites and also creates the reverse situation that if you stakc enough of it, elites die faster than veteran enemies outside of context of one shot sniper builds, you are making a gimmick stat that makes the enemy meant to be a challange easier than the enemy that is not meant to be a big threat

Health has to converted to a type of armor. Could have less resistance, but has to have some resistance. Running around with 2 mil armor and its not enough sometimes 3 bullets will get me to health sometimes. From a revolver, that doesn't miss.

Hey guys just wanted to find out about the Iron Horse raid. I did my first run for the Regulus exotic parts and 1 dropped from the first boss and the 2nd dropped from Fieser and the Gold Ingot from the box but Captain Williams and Morosova did not drop the Engraved Drum and the Engraved Muzzle

That would be true for 1080p, never enjoyed how 1440p was in div2 on my old build.
CPU running at 100% isn't inherently bad (what you mentioned earlier). Don't really touch DZ, so cannot speak for that.
If it ran well till the update (considering they removed the Christmas decoration last week), it could be directx cache needing a flush or a reinstall, as the update could've messed messed something on your system only.

The DLC is more often than not on sale, and you can grab a key with good conscience from a lot of places due to the sales. WONY isn't an addon type DLC like in some single player games, WONY is a whole expansion like in World of Warcaft.

Just remember that if you do, "dtooc" (out of cover) is the best 3rd stat, and that the first 2 stats are locked, but you can change the %'s of them.
