So summary on my thoughts about the phase 2 new stuff:

• New brand looks okay-ish, still on the fence because of health upgrades seems dubious, need more time to tell
• Perfect talents seem very fun but not meta
• Gear set suffers from again from the fact that tank builds appear to be unreliable to hold enemy aggro ( will comment more about aggro on the exotic pistol)
• Exotic glove looks really really really bad, hipfiring suffers from not only screen shake but also movement penalty for PVP and in general not something you want to that often to warrant an exotic just for it, i understand it might be also for shield builds to be keep more agile movement by not aiming possibly with the new pistol and draw more aggro but then you are adding too many pieces to make a single thing work and including an exotic as that
• Rifle looks decent for urban MDR, which once again just raises the point that rifles appear to be better semi auto snipers than the semi auto MMR which kinda really makes them looks extra bad
• New exotic pistol looks really really really bad also, while being able to control the enemy attention seems like a big thing since it's obviously a band-aid fix to the fact tanks cant draw aggro, this suffers from only appearing to being able to draw aggro from ONE enemy at a time, it limits tanks exotic selection to possibly a low damage pistol so his low damage will suffer even more and it should have some extra effect like reducing enemy damage by 20% to incentivize tanking more.
• New weapon talent looks a bit busted but fun by turning every weapon into a mini mantis, need to test to say if it's fine or just busted

• Unbreakable, System corrupton and intimidate appear all to be fair and good changes. Doctor home also appears to just be back to normal so it's fine really
• REALLY happy that AK family is also now getting damage buff, still think that FAL family should either get even bigger damage buffs or magazine size buffs to be competitive since game is really heavily biased towards bigger magazine size and rof for crits in general
• Confused about pistols being absent as part of the PVP discussion is about regulus headshot and i think a lot of them are not competitive at all in PVP.
• Mantis buff being only 15% it's fine considering the weapon amplifies your damage
• Once again the other semi auto MMRs outside of dragunov are absent despite being considered one of the worst weapons in the entire game including sanctum exotic
• Find the changes to optmization being limited to the roll in your library really bad, as new players could feel locked out of upgrading an exotic they got.

Time spent doing everything. I've farmed a lot of unicorns... none of them are actually needed and is more of a min/max type of situation. Also none of them are huge game changers and non unicorn versions of any build will perform well in the hands of a capable agent.

I personally have played a lot of content solo and prefer it that way for a suprising amount of missions
Sure team play is the normal way to play the game but its not impossible to play solo and playing multiplayer doesn't give any sort of edge if you are on comms or not

calling 3+ missions the most challenging content in Warframe is kind of funny because I'm not spending 3 hours playing 1 mission mode JUST for the satisfaction, there is no reason to play this because the rewards are the same either way

in Div you play the challenging content for XP and exotic loot, while in Warframe you are actually encouraged to farm XP on repeated missions 15 minute patterns of ESO if you want to forma your items

and there is no downside to playing Warframe at any MR level past 14

if you count the 1k daily standing bonus

but in Div 2 you have stats from SHD and experience based gameplay from raids and incursions

so if the question is if Div 2 is a looter shooter? I'd say no
