Hi, I've tried multiple time during several day to get the stash from the nightime convoy (winter project - santa jacket) that runs between jefferson trade center and the navy plazza cp but it never spawns. the spawn is RNG, only happens at night (9pm - 5am) and won't be marked as a convoy on the map or anything, just run up and down the route and if you're lucky you'll find a named enemy called Hatter

Try this method, people seem to have the best luck with it:

1. reset the map, this will allow an event to spawn nearby to Hatter.
2. go to the nearby safehouse, wait inside until 21:30 or a bit later.
3. walk out the door and over to the Event (for me it was a public Execution)
4. If you see the enemies there fighting someone, keep an eye out for Hatter.

Same basic method for all the "go here after 21:00 and before 05:00" Winter Projects.

I am a fairly new player myself, only SHD Level 150, but I feel like there is so many good reliable builds for different playstyles that there isnt actually just like 2 or 3 meta builds

If you wanna run legendary/raid/incursion with any build out there you can it'll just have more wipes and take longer. Meta is a nice headache free and faster time for almost all harder content tho.

It's the high level content where it feels like you're being heavily encouraged by the game ro use certain builds. Bullet sponge enemies and emp jammers everywhere really encourage you to use 2 or 3 different dps setups.

Countdown and incursion are the worst offemders of this imo

The 2 new legendaries also to an extent.

The raids can be done with almost any build at this point thanks to expertise, sledgehammer and so on

Namely the first skill states that you did an x amount of multikills. Does anyone know the time between every kill is to maintain multikilling?

There are tons of people who are SHD 4-8k that have no clue what is going on in the game so you might be so much further ahead just cause you've gotten help that's steered you in the right direction. I mean it wouldn't have been so bad but we had some random not in VC and an okay player plus trolololol. Two really good players and you can do 15-18 minute incursion runs even with green FTCs and almost no damage from them. Heck we did a 17 minute run last night while explaining fights and 1 dude got 7 kills.

CPs scale based on the number next to them but CPs minimum level depends on the world diff. If you are looking to do CP3s it's faster to just do it in a challenging world so you don't have to level each CP.

If you need some quick you can lookup the old floor 10 shd farm method. It doesnt give xp anymore but still loads you up with FRD. you can probably get a bunch of challenge caches as well ...

Gear mods are kinda hell to farm imo. Legendary summit is the best way to go but most people find just playing the game will net you max mods with time.
