Why not try to invite them to my game? Why does the game want to pull me away from the off-site activity to the BOS?! Just doesnt make any sense to make someone load into the activity three times? Sheperd rank. When you open your map go to the "SHD" tab to see yours (if you have it). You get sheperd rank by responding to calls for backup. During a backup call once you reach an XP threshold the calling agent can endorse you once and you'll get auto-endorsed as well.

So at best you'll get two endorsements per backup call. At worst you'll get one auto endorsement if you stay long enough to get enough XP.

15 endorsements = rank 1. After that it's 7 endorsements per rank.

At rank 25 you unlock a badge with a heart and wings (my favorite)
