Just noticed i misread Heartbreaker, i never knew the bonuses only applies to pulsed enemies XD i always had the idea the bonus damage affected all enemies but you could only build stack on pulsed enemies, but nope, both stack builing as the damage bonus itself only applies if the enemy is pulsed

Keep the best one and yeet the others to proficiency then once proficient decon them, most named items are pretty subpar. Same goes for exotics.

Or keep the best of the best and stash it if you are a collector but that stash will fill up quick.

I completed the tier 4 shields but didn't get the rewards for it in Div2, it's an old issue from back when they switched from Uplay to Ubisoft Connect

now I need the exact names for the two rewards so I can get support to actually do something, I feel like they won't without it

Easiest/safest way to do this is just buying gear. It's not to rare to be able to buy gear over 500, and recaling is also an easy way to boost an items score

You probably have to goto the projects desk upstairs in whitehouse to do the faction key donations iirc. Once you complete all the key and zero fs donations, specified kills, and gather the 5 pieces you'll be able to craft ridgeways pride vest.
I believe it refunds the zero fs as well after.
After the first craft you can have it drop from target loot like any other vest.
If you delete ridgeways or place it in an alt agents bag you can recollect the 5 pieces and craft anytime (with out the donations this time 😅 )

The method i described is for farming SHD level, the infinite leveling system that you get access to after you finish the Warlords of New York DLC. Exotics are more easily found in Countdown, a relatively recently released 8 player timed mode.

You get a bunch of loot, the mission has selectable targeted loot, and you additionally get countdown currency to buy caches(named/exotic/seasonal/crafting) or named items from a vendor once you finish the mission.
