Player trading simply just means that there's less reason to have farming as an incentive, so no Countdown/Summit, no Targeted Loot.

Go try div1 and the lack of Targeted Loot. It is brutal. Div2 is much better since they added it for sure.

The Raids are so old at this point that there's not a whole lot of info that is less than a few years old, at minimum.
IIRC the "GC Rock" discord is known for teaching Raids, you could try there.

make sure you do Dark Hours first, it's a lot easier.
Put together the "standard DPS build" that's 📌 pinned over in the spreadsheet in#td2-build-advice and you should be good to handle the murder part of it.

Actually, on the topic of attributes...I was under the impression that CHC was determined alone by armor stats, attributes, mod slots etc and when I calc'd my CHC manually as I was curious where the 20% CHC on my Elmos and Cabaret come in, found that those two make up my 51.2% CHC total.

Do those 20%'s only count when the gun is equipped or is it applying across the board, meaning the 20% CHC on Cabaret is applying on Elmos as well since my overall CHC is 51.2%?

If the CHC is from a gun, then you have to physically be using the gun to get its benefit.
you can actually test this out if you go into your stats page and hold "g" to swap weapons, there you'll see the differences in CHC, CHD, etc.

St Elmos is doin 100k dmg, 51.3% CHC and 74.1% CHD, while Cabaret is doing 108k dmg, 46.3 CHC and 54.1 CHD

That CHD is pretty low, you might want to try and work it up a fair bit.
normally 120+ is the very low end.

and depending on the build, getting as close to 60% CHC without going over it will help a lot in the long run.

although plenty of other builds have their uses for sure.
Don't forget to make the Chest a gold Ceska piece. Since gearsets only have 1 Attribute space, you can put more of it into CHD and raise that DPS through the roof.

to build the stacks with Striker, you kind of need a fairly specific weapon, it's a shotgun called the "acs-12". Each pellet that hits an enemy in every shot counts as a stack, so it builds up very fast.
Then the other gun is your primary damage dealer.

You can potentially use other guns to build the stacks, but they don't work as well.

probably also without cossplay. The way they balanced the controls for consoles compared to pc is way too diffrent to let them unify it in some way. Diffrent AI behaviour, diffrent hitboxes (size and positions in serveral encounters) and diffrent recoil system let alone the aim assist.

New York is locked to Lvl 31 as soon as you start it, so you'd be using one that's 30 levels too low.
