If the Countdown build is on Challenging, I've never seen someone kicked from one before, except if the person is glitched out and appears offline from moment 1.
Heroic is a different story, but there's really not that much of a difference in loot quality between the two, so you might as well just run the lower tier.

Ninjabike Messenger Bag exotic is really fun to build around, acts as a stand-in for any Gear/Brand set.

With striker builds and good team work you can do lovebirds from gate open to mission completed in just under a minute and with consistency. Oxy/skills is so much harder to have what you saw happen.

To be honest, when COVID hit, we left The Division because it felt like it was a documentary. You know, in the sense that the story deals with this outbreak that happens in real-time, the dangers that occur, and the anxiety that it creates. It was like, “Whoa, this is no longer fun.” Like, we literally all just had to go through this in real life. I think we could find love for it again. It’s such a cool property and what you could do with the imagery of a team of agents coming in with that kind of post-apocalyptic prospect is really amazing, but we actually did end up letting it go because we got moved away by COVID.

Survivalist is a team buff so if you status effect someone team mates get 5% damage to them. Firewall is better for that 10m proximity buff cause it's 10% damage taken plus you get more damage from firewall with that burn duration.
