After you are high shd you can recreate alt agents and duplicate said watch.
The category shd points are locked to hose categories and you will level all fully by shd 999

It's a hamster wheel. As soon as you goto NY world ties go away. Once NY complete your get an SHD watch that's the new hamster wheel but with all the loots . Thetll be when you really farm gear/builds .

Shield would use up to 6 cores and counts blue and yellow cores towards this. Skill tiers are what they are called

You can find some info by clicking into the skill and itll show the booste of each skill tier

Regardless of your connection and server the game is overloaded. Poor connection usually mean there are to many people playing and server response times are bad. Been having issues myself for last 5 days and it doesn't get any better with free weekends and the current ultra low pricing.
