Check the manhunt tab of your map menu, you might need to do some side missions to complete the targets. Once all 4 are crossed off you also need to do the Castle Clinton side mission and reach level 40 before you can do the final one to get Keener.

Open world activities on the hardest difficulty you can do with as many directives as you can effectively manage. Heroic w/ 4 directives will net you more than 75% of the XP needed to gain a SHD level. Resource convoys are the way to go if you loads of them on your map

Crashes for me, are very rare and doesn't stop me from playing. If your game is crashing every 10 minutes, that sounds like a problem with the rig, not the game. That, or you've met certain conditions in the game that cause the codebase to bug out and force a crash. Either way, I never have trouble finding people to play with.

The spawns suck. Theres no 'no mans' area around them so u can practically spawn camp as early as 30 seconds in the match. Theres no deserter penalty so people ragequit halfway through. Theres not enough verticality (my same complaint for the DZ) and they are just tiny af with too many corners and not enough lanes so its trying to find a needle in a haystack and then bam u get merced from some random corner

Level 30 DZ isn't as bad since the builds are very limited but it isn't going to be as active as the level 40 DZ. For conflict I find a good combination of armor and damage helps but you could go full red as long as you use situational awareness and get the first few shots off.

Yea to me challenging is nearly impossible to fail as long as you have at least one person trying well (and you're always there yourself so you can meet that one person goal requirement), while in heroic you start to notice if there's a couple "dead weights" already to put it in less kind words, or rather people joining who shouldn't be there with that gear and whatnot

it's just more of a pain to set it up because when joining one it's kind of necessary to look at the team and inspect some people real quick to know if it'll be a waste of time or not

You have to level up a bunch of different items to get to an expertise level of 1 then you need to spend a ton of resources to get +1% armour on a single gear piece
