I think that's because it's buffed from PTS but not from live, so it reads like that
initial PTS nerfed is far harder, but that got buffed a bit so it's less severe nerf now
previous live: can use it against any higher

The chance of any Raid Exotics in the DZ are the same as the Open World Heroic Exotic drop chance. So like... 5% or some other low number.

The only problem I'm wondering is how DC62 affects ground water and it's lingering effects since essentially all of DC should be a wasteland unless DC62 somehow magically breaks down and becomes completely inert in water.
