target loot also has nothing to do with it as there's a lot of progress you can make from any loot regardless of what it is (like towards expertise and scrapping for materials, and also pieces you might not have thought you'd want but figure out wait a moment, this is a great rare piece actually)

I think it's a weird argument that you shouldn't be upset that you just spent around the same amount of time but received less loot, because overall you still get "good amounts"
Like if you do say 100 runs and you receive 50 instead of 70 items, that's 2000 pieces gone that could've greatly contributed towards many things or even could've had a unicorn rare piece in there

you can see it in practically every game when easy accessible matchmaking and LFG was added where with one button you're placed in a group with people you've never met, and will soon never see again, makes many people behave so much worse than a group you formed (even with a slight lead-up) and actually have stakes in as being an a hole leading to a kick is an actual major loss and you can't just get back to the same state in one button
It's practical and quick, but not useful for anything more meaningful or deep

usually its that the breach side mission doesnt seem to count when done at lvl 40,
so you need to find someone that you can do it with at lvl30 wt5,
they can make a new char and dc start and then use the boost to be lvl 30 wt5, and the boost doesnt autocomplete that offsite missions, allowing you to tag allong to redo the breach at that lvl and usually that fixes things,
but also new season is planned for 28th, likely a fix for this issue and the dz entrance side missions that have the same issue will be in there, so maybe worth a wait for that

Oh, the collectible cards are from open world bosses, they spawn randomly in certain set locations. Try the big roundabout near Federal Bunker

Not sure it's possible to get to 100% hazpro in everything: you use that build to get as high as possible then equip mods to top off whatever specific protection you need (eg bleed or disrupt or whatever)

I've just read some comments under the tweet of fixing "super important issue with xp farm". Meanwhile, what isn't fixed:

• random CTD here and there
• player DZ lockups
• broken summit combat merit commendation
• invisible pvp players
• corner peak shield glitch
  Those are some low priority stuff, in comparison to XP farm. Understandable

well, the xp farm made the server stability unplayable for others. they've been working on the random crashes for PC players as there's not common thing for everyone when they crash so it's hard to pin point
