Hello everyone brand new to the division 2 and I'm confused I need help please. So on the last mission of the campaign I finished it I'm lvl 30. But now all the items in my back pack are not lvl 30 anymore. They are more like 245 gear score is that normal ?

More specifically, if you dont have the Warlords DLC, gear score is how you decide more powerful equipment, since everything is stuck at level 30

IIRC, gear score caps at 515

There's a reason why Technician + Heartbreaker with Kingbreaker is a common combination.

If you want lore, you still go through World Levels 1 through 5, which covers the initial Black Tusk invasion of DC.

If you just want to get stronger, you can skip all that and go to New York right away, where you can start getting level 31-40 equipment

But you will miss out on story and some achievements

There's no longer a gear score system at 40.

The main thing at 40 are SHD levels.

Basically its just a level past 40 that gives small permanent buffs up to level 1000

check in your resources tab if at the bottom of one of the categories(cant remember which one and cant check ingame atm) if you have a yellow flashdrive icon item, that is the indication that you are missing one of the comms you have to listen to at the whitehouse after killing a target,
but you can only do that after you kill each minor, so you have to redo the manhunt to get the chance to do it, its not at anytime that you can listen and get the comms

dont think anyone has taken the time to make a list of what comm is from where exactly for this manhunt, but if you havent gotten all the comms after doing the final mission 3 times and killing the boss at the extraction and picking the comm there. then its likely the laptop ones, and for that you have to redo the manhunt and make sure to go to the WH after each minor target kill and listen to the basement laptop

I can really only assume that anything that isn't currently a raid exclusive, is added to the general pool. And for some you need to have gotten it at least once from it's original intended source.
I think the only exception is The Big Horn, which only drops from Legendary.

It's not the most efficient way, but it's an option. The best ways are:
Countdown (Shit ton of loot drops)
Summit (A lot of directives increase you chances)
Open World CPs (Easy to do even with directives and are fairly efficient time wise)

try resetting your manhunt progress (from the manhunt tab of the map menu) - this has fixed that specific crash for some people. You can then do the manhunt in proper order, the crash seems to arise from doing bits of it out of order in other people's games.

made a quicky, here is a smg matching ingame on my pfe build, as that was one i had intimidate on already (just ignore its a shotty build, didnt want to deal with dividing by 8 for going from shot to pellets),
as you can see the no dmg talent numbers match up with a no dmg talent smg at full inti stacks ingame, only way they would is if the intimidate value of 1.05 ^ 7 is used, otherwise it wouldnt match up,

Yes but it's rather low fixed value regen so not much use.

Useful armour regen is %-based (eg memento long-term buff, belstone, emperor's knees)

Check the spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice for more ideas. You might want to try hunters fury for a change of playstyle, and there's a few different skill build roles (status, healer, explosive, or turret/drone)

Tbh there's very little content that can't be overcome with a decent red build alone, I'm a negotiators fan myself.
