most people will try to get weapons/gears where it's nearly fully optimized. like 1 max stat IE: Assault rifle damage, the health damage that might take 1 or 2 optimizations to be maxed and possibly talent or 3rd attribute that they desire and calibrate either one, easiest would probably be the 3rd exactly what they wanted and freely change the talent as they see it

You can't recalibrate exotics. Only optimize.

but it'll be so random that it wouldn't be worth it in the long run

like your 14.7 weapon might drop to like 10 or 13 weapon damage, armor even lower or just pumped up .1%

just know reconfigurations requires Exotic Components which you get for deconstructing exotics, doing control points but very little chance in getting them or running around opening particular boxes in dark zone which is probably the same chances as control points

Game loading has been fine for awhile (129 hours played so far), but as of today all I've been experiencing is stuck in loading (when selecting my character, teleporting to a safehouse, starting an encounter like countdown)

edit: tried restarting pc/verifying files in ubisoft; may have to try reinstalling

e.g., I know when I had a external drive (HDD) on the PS5 (and PS4), it was slow loading between locations/missions. Switched to SSD (PS5) and it was quick.

My PC has SSD and it's quick, no issues (well no issues last night) as far as I can tell.

if you want to join the majority of players with pvp, get the warlords dlc - it raises the level to 40, adds a whole bunch of other stuff (all the gear added since warlords was released) and also allows you to boost straight past the original story levelling process and get straight to the dlc, which is much faster to run through.

Go to your division folder, then EasyAntiCheat and run the exe. It will give you an option to repair EAC. Also make sure your Ubi client is up-to-date.

there isn't really a strong practice of boosting through the base game in Div 2, I've no idea how long it would take but almost certainly be a few hours minimum. It's not really been a common request in the past.

I haven't really timed it but I'm guessing one clear on challenging with four directives takes maybe 3 mins tops, maybe even 2 sometimes when you really hit it right and don't get any annoying events from the side that you need to deal with, but even then it's just marginally longer. Been doing it on heroic too now for a while but I think I'm gonna switch back to challenging since it feels more efficient.

One clear on challenging with 4 directives is something like 440k exp.

I timed only one clear now and I started timing running from where I fasttravel and run up to the controlpoint which is at Grand Washington Hotel. It took 2 mins 13 seconds all in all and that's including an elite convoy that happened to be setting out from that control point, but the extra time was marginal due to that since the extra waves spawn from the same doorway.

Yeah, and once in a while managing inventory once it gets full and stuff like that. Lets say it would be perhaps 3 minutes/run if you include that. If my maths are correct that would mean 20 runs/hour which is 440k*20=8,8kk exp/hour. 8,8kk exp/hour would be 8,8kk/700k=12,6 shd levels/hour.

why on earth is that mission so ridiculously overtuned?? i can literally solo legendary without difficulty and the anderson manhunt on heroic took 7 hours and experimenting with like 15 different builds

all of the manhunt stuff is a little more challenging, and tuned towards needing more survivability than most people put in their builds to just run trough it solo.
its aimed at challenging endgame players, as the option always exist to drop the difficulty, the hardest required diff is challenging for the minor manhunt targets, the anderson mission will count for you even on normal

and if ti shows the manhunt complete under the manhunt tab on the map, then it counted, there is that side mission pip that is on the map, but that is always there as a visual bug

Red convoys are enemies. Kill them for materials, resources, gear and XP. Convoys with a circle around them are Elite Resource Convoys. More enemies to kill, but better XP gained and usually higher end loot.

Sorta, I've noticed if you go talk to one (stand near them) they will run faster to their destination, where they top off CP's so that you can put them at 100 yourself for bonuses to your map. otherwise, i don't know if they do anything at all **I'm referring to the water/food/component convoys, the guy above me had a great explanation

Without changing anything and just playing I'd say you have a higher chance to be crashing (and quite frequently) than not, going through a bunch of fixes might in some cases help a lot but sometimes not really at all

After the armpatch it's purely just to get to max level. Personally I really enjoy it most of the time. The content you end up doing is totally random which can be fun. Showing new players the ropes and what kinds of builds are possible when they reach endgame is rewarding.

Also showing them all the little secrets like the secret room in grand washington hotel.

Sometimes you run into weird people tho. Just today one guy was farming CPs by doing a single CP, resetting all CPs, and doing that same one again. He was getting close and dying constantly. One time he died surrounded by enemies and just started spamming H over and over. Literally 10 seconds passed and he kicked me lol

playing warlords of new york, really shows how milquetoast D.C. is compared to new york. NYC is so much more fun to explore, both in div1 and wony, with its verticality both above and below ground, and the amount of interiors you can enter.

atmosphere is also better in nyc, with the christmas music still playing in many locations.

Trains here are weird it’s either master piece stations with no security stabbings, robbery ect an almost daily occurrence with the few lines that aren’t; a. Constantly closed due to people or something causing a delay b. Construction, or c. Weather deciding to raise frozen hell. It’ll be a 10/10 option of travel
