Do side missions while doing main missions for now but when you get some better gear start doing stuff like convoys also make sure to do the control point because they are also a good source of loot AND they let you fast travel to them

a browse of the gearsets page in the spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice should give you this information. Future Initiative is the heal build set, Hardwired for seeker spam, Eclipse Protocol for status-spreading builds. Theoretically Rigger should be great for turret/drone builds, but in practice that one is a bit weak. Hybrids don't really have gearsets except Heartbreaker as a red/blue hybrid (and arguably you could stick some yellow or blue cores on strikers to make a hybrid)

Division has multiplayer elements that give it the illusion of an MMO.
Things like instances and social hub spaces where players can run into each other.
But that in itself does not make Division an MMO game.

I think for Division to truly be an MMO would require you to actually bump into people at any given point through out your experience. But given the way the game is designed, you can see how that wouldn't really work out.

Imagine trying to get bounties done but there's like 50 people already camping the hell out of the spawn. It just wouldn't work out.

Also, I doubt the engine/servers can handle more than a handful of people at once.

Not necessarily the limit of what DZ can hold, but likely not a much larger amount than that.

There's no point saving low gears more things. Gears more is an overly simplistic way to measure gear. It's basically just telling you how close to max rolls things are, but what's more important is if gear has the right rolls for the build you want. Check out the build guides in the pinned Google spreadsheet in the build advice. Things won't translate 1 to 1 for a level 30 build, but it will give you a good idea where to start. Feel free to reach out if youve got build questions

I've noticed it tends to occur in spots where you can have several types of activities in one area. For example there's a spot outside of The Archive safehouse where there's usually an activity like a Public Execution. Finish that and come back a few minutes later and now that spot is hosting a Territory Control or Elite Territory Control and when I finish it the chests are highlighted but no prompt whatsoever to open them.

Another spot is the Supply Drop spot right outside of the Fuel Depot. Did that, opened the chests, did some other things and when running through there the Supply Drop had respawned. Curiously the Supply Drop chests from the first time were still there and there there were three new ones scattered on the ground. I could kill all the enemies that spawned but for the life of me could not get a prompt to open any of the chests.

When I started WT4 my GS was 375 - no problemo for me, you're a bit more squishy but damage is still good - I am now at 415 and I am less squishy so it's pretty forgiving, imo

I'd honestly suggest trying out Directives instead, as it's more controlled and you won't end up missing it.

I find the catharsis mask just doesn't do much for me, I'll have 1.9 armor and I can have my armor depleted and use medkit and have my armor depleted AGAIN before it reaches Max stacks and drops the cloud, but I'll see some dud fresh at the start of a conflict, and shoot him with two bullets and his cloud drops.

I really can't understand why we can't choose servers.

Have a question about Hunter masks.. I was trying to get all of the ones in NY and did them all until the one that spawns 3 I believe where you have to shoot the buildings.. I only managed to kill 1 of them and the others de-spawned. now I am unable to restart it again.. is there a certain point I need to start from to do this one over? Reason I ask is that the start from before where you press the keyboard doesnt allow me to.

You'll have to restart the entire puzzle that led up to the fight to attempt it again.
If it doesn't work today, wait for the daily/weekly Reset (when your daily projects swap over) and after that it should be available again.

I had tried it this past weekend and was attempting it today after the reset and it does not allow me to turn on the console. I even tried to reset my difficulty to normal and it still did not activate. I thought perhaps it had a checkpoint somewhere that may allow me to start from a different point.. reading online I found that this sometimes happens and you need to find someone who didnt do it to be able to try again? thought this was an old issue that was fixed..

No such mid-checkpoint exists, the only time you'll ever need to find someone else to host the world is if it's counted as "completed".

I know it sounds weird, but try playing summit and countdown switching back and forth between challenging and heroic. I used to play only heroic, and I didn't get one exotic, from a drop, for like 3 months. I decided one day to switch to challenging, and I got 4 exotic drops on my first challenging countdown run. Lol

depends what boxes, the resource boxes are not shared, but the boxes containing drink/food are shared, same for bags containing trinkets.

No, the fact that you've already looted that cp in your world means you can't get it again in someone else's. You can get the xp and mob drops, but you can get them again anyway by resetting your cps

At least, that's always been my experience

boxes containing loot and boxes containing materials are one time only per character per 24 hours. everything else lootable can be repeated by resetting instance or server.

Yeah the SHD Watch has basically infinite levels, and you get only materials as a reward once you hit the soft-cap of 1k.
So keep farming it out and you'll be able to get more each time.

And as your SHD Level is shared account-wide on anyone who's Lvl 40, running a new character through WONY will get you the full stack of mats again.

so im returning to the division 2 after probably over a year and im met with modes like countodnw and the summit being the best way to start farming gear however when i try to do thewse game modes or matchmake for them i cant and when i try to fast travel to the place ive read online i get trapped in a zone that take me into the dark zone which a coop mode i cant imagine requiresw me being in the darkzone can anyone point me in the right direction
