If I'm not mistaken, the priority for each category on the watch is:
Offensive: Critical Hit Chance, Critical Hit Damage, Weapon Damage, then Headshot Damage.
Defensive: Total Armor, Hazard Protection, Explosive Resistance, then Total Health.
Utility: Skill Haste, Skill Damage, Skill Repair, then Skill Duration.
Handling: Reload Speed, Stability, Accuracy, then Ammo Capacity.

You can carry 50 of each, you can check the limit of pretty much any resource ingame by going to the "Resources" tab over from your Inventory.

Limits were recently changed so most of them are 9999 now, at least the ones needed for Expertise/Recal.
I'm sure more will be tweaked in the future.

It's actually quite easy to not reach the Faction Key cap, just do a quick rotation of boxes, a bunch can be done with no actual fighting needed.

As far as fixing bugs goes, by the nature of game design, it is super fucky and hard to tell. Sometimes a bug that seems very complex and tough to fix ends up just needing one line of code to be patched, while some other innocuous and small bugs may be rooted in the core of the code and need a lot of restructuring to rework

The main reason causing player unsatisfying, is attitude

Here are some example
Trap, devs nerf the pvp modifier at tu12, then they nerf modifier AGAIN recently
At the first time of modifier nerf, they SHOULD know it doesn't work, then why they do it again to "fix" it

And the ladder invisible glitch,, and other bugs, devs fixed, and somehow those bugs live again at later patches, it probably proves every update are copying from old patch, including those old bugs
If those old patches have problems, then why copy it

Also, the hostel, picaro, they said it won't fix because it will mass up coding, okay
They knew it already, then they just shut up, until the last second, server is online then tell community "it won't fix"

Has anyone had a weird issue with the uPlay Launcher on windows 11 making installs vanish or not recognizing install folders at all when "locating installs" until after rebooting the computer?

For me this happened quite a few times. uPlay launcher installed on C Drive (Sata SSD) . Division 2 installed on E Drive (NVME). Game occasionally crashes but sometimes it got so bad.

Secondly it depends, they don't focus on the anticheat so they may have bought one of the cheaper EAC licenses that just protect against the blatant flyhacks and shit like that

as far as I can tell its pretty random. seems to happen more when playing a new patch/update, and then the more you play the less it seems to happen. But you can go a week+ without a single crash, and then have a day where your crashing all the time with seemingly no reason

Yep that aswell, you had to choose what to use if you wanted sertain talents..... now you can run 1 red core or none and still get enough dmg to kill a 6 blue player in half a mag

A full red vs a full blue should sort of kill eachother if the started shooting same time

But now the full red just folds and the full blue took maybe half dmg at most

And the 50% nerf in healing in the DZ is dumb imo

Its just the dmg bonuses you can get/stack are to much so its not needed to stack red cores to get enough dmg.

Maybe lower the dmg talents alot and make it more worth it to put red cores in for dmg

Just the laser pointer is just really lazy/lame design. Its the most dmg combo and all you have to do is aim at what you wanna shoot... get rid of the laser pointer and half the talent dmg bonuses and give some dmg perk/bonus to the actuall scanner pulse skill like it was in TD1

I was in airsoft for 2 years, that much is true. But i've shot and owned many platforms before, and in all of the guns i've owned, increased velocity was shown with a suppressor.

Its like sound chambers to let the "bang" sound bounce and thus dampening its loudness and yea in most cases before the air(decompression) can affect the object its past that point so it only gets effected by the constant push

#

Plus another perk a silencer has is makes it easier to handle the recoil ( but aiming down sight for extended time suffers lol cus added weight)

Where I work I clock veterans any way I can, by their USAA Cards, navy Federal cards, tattoos or car stickers, and even once, a guy had his phone open and VA was on his contacts at the top of the screen. Because where I work they have a military appreciation discount, but vets are humble so they never ask for the discount. I’m pretty good at clocking y’all tho, and offering that discount.

Yeah sure. You have to adapt them to the battlefield you’re on I guess. But that’s not all that differ t from RL, from my research. As tech changes, battlefields change, and soldiers have to adapt their tactics.

I try to apply the principles I’ve learned, and I’m not very good compared to what real soldiers can do in video games. But I try to use fire superiority, SS&VA, and standard suppression/distraction and flanking stuff. It makes a huge difference from my observation.
