Second, pvp is like Pokémon, you only 246 shd and fight with 1000+ shd player, it like you using 0v pokemon to fight a 6v pokemon
Maybe you have chance to win, by skill, by counter, by something else, there are still status gap between you and opponent
You don't even give shit about your shd lv or gear expertise, then why you give shit on your pvp experience

Third, division 1 and 2 pvp are different game, because of ttk, they are not same concept
If you feel comfortable on div pvp, you should go back div1, serious

I may be wrong, but I distinctly remember event status (active/inactive) being tied to matchmaking, but then somewhere along the road might have even been TU15 I found I could have an event active and matchmake to a group that did not have it active.

events cannot be active in countdown or the dz, so it shouldn't have an effect while matchmaking unless they accidentally the entire thing... again

yeah I got one yesterday - but they don't show up on the item list that appears when you open the cache, you have to check the materials feed that appears on the left side above the chat area (or just check your exotic component numbers before and after doing a load of CPs to see if they've increased)

One slight addendum to that advice: CHC on guns is more valuable than CHC on gear, as you're locked to 6% either way, but CHD has a 12% roll on gear.
So if you're running a Gearset, then throwing on a Ceska piece along with it can often make it a lot better than a Grupo/Fenris/whatever.

Sometimes I like fast ttk. Sometimes I don’t. For example I think div1 took too long. Cod ghosts was good for me despite other people complaining about it. Bocw didn’t take long enough, despite it being slower than ghosts. I think, for pvp, the ttk in div2 is near perfect for a game of this sort

Pve? Now that’s a whole other issue. It’s way too long. And by too long I mean reduce it by like a second or two if you run the build I’m using

Literally everyone is so quick to blame the devs because they're the closes thing to a face the game has. Yet how much control do they even have on what they want to do?
You think all devs don't care about their games? I can assure you there are likely plenty of devs in Massive that aren't happy with the state of things. But they can't go off on their own to fix something without it being on their downtime.
Downtime which they rarely get because by the time they finish working on what they're supposed to actually be doing they're fucking exhausted.
