well, for the most part people tend to go the all red (weapon damage core) builds and feel Blue (armor core) tends to double the time it takes one to run red to do heroic missions

I do have skill based builds and while I rarely use them, they're already made and no reason for me to keep copies.

Ugh ok so iron lung exotic talent is Shooting heats up the weapon, filling up heat meter. The meter is equivalent to 50% of the weapon's standard Magazine Size.
When the meter is full, rounds shot by the weapon ignite enemies.
When not shooting, the meter depletes over time. Reloading or swapping the weapon fully depletes the meter.

Think prototype gear is going to herald the return of the old fmj-type high end builds? Since they'll get a larger average stat boost than gearset items (because the extra minor stat) plus it seemed on the pts as if the 'perfect' stats on some named items were guaranteed to get that 50% increase when upgraded to proto.

I ultimately switched HB just to have the bonus armor buffer. The dmg is closer now than Pre TU22.

Imo HB needs a good playstyle to match it. But that's like any build.

It's one I made from Local's own collection, it's not maxrolled because, well, you don't need maximum rolls to make a build work in the vast majority of content in div2.

e.g. a Striker build will still work in Master if you just have 55% chc, and 110% chd. It's all about the overall build.

they are quite easy to farm since, just do a bunch of retaliation from Hyenas i think and on heroic its 50% chance to get the BP

Seeker builds arent that great compared to other skill builds, but if you do use, you need to build for pure damage. What i use

What are you doing? Sounds like you have gear with unmaxed rolls. I am also 300 and have 5 different setups max rolled with the required stats.

God answered my prayer by giving me 10% damage st elmo but having maxed out health damage and dmg out of cover

Once I got that, I didnt care anymore but it felt like that thing only wanted to give accuracy and crit chance
