They historically haven't seeded EU teams above NA teams.
BH3 was highest EU team on points, and is positioned in a pool higher than the 2 NA teams that get in based on points.
Perhaps because it was an EU event?

Typically it goes:
-Top pre qualified teams from prior event
-teams winning NA qualifier online
-team that wins EU qualifier online
-Remaining NA teams on points
-remaining EU teams on points

Complexity is gonna have to climb out of the hole they are in, but I think they'll be able to get top 2 in the next qualifier for Atlanta if they sort out their 4th.
C9 and Proton probably also make it to pools next event, either from qualifier or points.
The last NA spot is kinda up in the air. Native might be able to snag it, but they haven't lived up to their expetations yet, and I don't know what they could do differently. Bittersweet, Reversal Perfy, a renewed 'fluffy aimers' all contend for that final spot.
ITB (FOE) definitely wins the EU qualifier, but the EU points spot is definitely up in the air.
I expect roster changes in both regions.
SWAT and Mindfreak seem locked to win their Open travel every event.

Afaik he installed performance optimizations that would have made his setup run better than the tournament issued PCs, so even if the stuff he installed was technically allowed, without the go-ahead from a tournament admin, or the telling of any staff about it, its considered cheating, since he was trying to basically hide the improvements he made to the PCs performance.
I don't actually know if all the stuff he installed was 110% allowed in the tournament rules, but that's just my take on it from reading the few statements

nope, majority of the stuff he did, are things he has helped HCS with. the only thing he is guilty of is tampering with the SSD. Which he admitted that was stupid of him to do, had he talked to the staff instead, the mess would of been avoided, again, he admitted he should of done that
