I wouldn't be surprised if they make it an unlimited boost on the Ghost like how it is in Halo 3 and infinite

Wraith and Banshee boosts likely will have a limit though. Especially the Wraith since that thing with unlimited boost would be a nightmare

And while it's not a vehicle, I am curious how the Sentinel Beam will function in CEmake. Will it be like how it was in 2 and 3 where it's got a battery and overheats or are they going to go the Infinite route where you can reload it

People need to drop this weird infighting between "bungie fanboys" and "343 stans" or w/e everyone bickers about all the time. A particular title may not be your favorite, but we're all in the same boat. Halo players calling other Halo players not real fans because they have different favorite HALO GAMES is wild.

I may disagree w/ a lot of the decisions 343 made but I still put thousands of hours into their game. And guess what, I disagreed w/ what Bungie did and similarly played their titles a lot. If I say I prefer waffles over pancakes, that doesnt mean I HATE pancakes.

Reality is the performance lately hasnt been great from the players side of the house (it has met/exceeded from an investors pov). So give feedback that points towards maintaining the playerbase instead of making day 1 sales, and wait for progress while accepting it may or may not ever happen. But dismissing feedback (assuming its constructive / thoughtful) simply because a person prefers one trilogy to another is....disappointing. And destructive.

Takes about 4 years to fully max, some variance depending on how much you want to play ofc but it cant be much faster

History changes it too. The XP outside of Halo 3 which I prefer was much lower for a long time, it wasnt until closer to the end of my grind that it was evened out. The challenges have also shifted over time, now they are steady state but they had variance previously. Its definitely the "easiest" now that its ever been, minus the double xp weekends which were admittedly few and far between

Yes it takes 1.282B XP total, most normal players will average under 30K per game, if challenges didnt exist and you were maxing out at 30K per game it would take over 40K games

And to get that full 30k you have to be best performer on your team and if the game is short win etc.

There is an XP bug around 1.1B XP where the numbers stop showing that its going up on that postgame screen. That was fun, everyone who gets there immediately messages everyone else in that same range asking if its a them problem
