I also have a bit of a hot take about the artstyle, and that's I think the Halo 5 and Infinite artstyles are leagues more compatible than people realise. Like, yes, allot of Infinite's artstyle pulls inspiration from Reach, but it also has some things which are blatantly from Halo 5, such as the Wasp, Warthog, Mongoose and Plasma Cannon. If they just brought over stuff like the Halo 5 era Wraith or the Storm Rifle or had us get an up close look at a Sword of Sanghelios Blockade Runner, they would fit in just fine

Heck, I think they could've gotten away with the Halo 5 design for the Hydra and nobody would've batted an eye

There’s more peaceful fans than the toxic ones. It seems like there’s more toxic ones than peaceful since the biggest halo YouTubers are toxic like mint blitz, late night gaming, etc.

I have submitted my resume 4 times this past year to Halo Studios. On this last time i did, the analytics on the microsoft careers website said i was a "Strong Match". the highest rating. But when my resume made it to the recuiter they rejected it. 🙂 just a fun story about me and my journey.

If there were people expert in martial arts in this discord, I would like to know if all martial arts are combat sports; if not, I would like to know which martial arts are not combat sports.
For example, some websites stated that Jeen kune Do was a combat sport, others and even the wikipedia stated it’s not. So I don’t know what’s true in all these, but people like saying Google or Internet is our friends.

No, I have not applied to any other game companies. I have over 10 years of career experience working on triple AAA games. I started my own Indie studio 5 years ago. I wanted to make my own games. Its fun and I really like where I am at. Only Halo would be able to convince me to leave what I have right now. So its kind of just a fun thing for me to do, to apply at Halo Studios.

And I figure why not. You only live once. And it cant be as bad as it once was, where it was reported that the studio actually hired people who did not like Halo.

Fletch/Ultimate Halo - Content Creator who works on socials and videos and art, probably other stuff

Alexis, forger that worked on Forge for a while
Grimbrotherone - forum moderator, blog writer, writing/narrative team

I considered applying when they were looking for a new Community facing person a while back but decided against it.

Too thin of a resume for public-facing work that isn't directly interfacing with customers face-to-face and I frankly know I don't exactly have the best rep with the few 343i folks I know know me at all.

With all the layoffs the industry is saturated with talent. I know there are plenty of people who can do the job and do it well. But with that said, I think people like you, who are passionate about the game should give you some kind of credence when it comes to making the decision on who they are going to hire. Maybe not now, but maybe some day. Its good that you seem to enjoyo doing what your doing now.
