in my experience, the initial charge for a preorder is what's called a "hold" which is like a temporary charge. banks like to tell the seller (amazon in your case) that they are supposed to either confirm the charge, or cancel the charge, within a certain amount of time. for pre orders, sometimes that time limit runs out before the preorder should actually be charged. i've had amazon cancel the hold for a preorder i had, because the item wasn't due to ship for another month and i think amazon confirms charges about a week before a preorder is due to release. so this is normal behaviour especially if the order still appears to be active on amazon. you'll be charged properly when the item is dispatched

they disabled CMD

we used the IP addresses on the computer stickers to shut down the teachers computers during lessons lol

You also have military forces trying to keep people in/out.

They really did improve the AI. A-Life is supposed to be this thing that pretty much makes it so NPCs have their own things going on, missions, roaming The Zone, looting mutants for their parts.

the performance on the series x is surprisingly well

60 fps not too much due to stuttering but when the ue5.5 update comes out itll probably be stable

and thats what happens when a company is forced to swap to ue5 like a year away from release, kids.
