hello anyone. I'm new to halo modding and currently just exploring the steam workshop stuff for MCC. just a question for campaign mods do they all show up as separate missions or do some overhauls literally just change the main campaign making base campaign unplayable in it's original state until you uninstall the overhaul mod which likely also means some campaign mods that just overwrite the base campaigns conflict with each other?

like let's say a rebalance mod and then a play as infantry version mod or 2 different rebalance mods?

would those conflict or do they all just appear as separat campaigns even if they don't change the whole campaign?

The way workshop mods are set up for MCC unfortunately is self contained within the maps themselves...

Though it could be possible to overhaul mod the entire game and create submods but perhaps outside of workshop...

I spent 20+ years working on / maintaining PCs, done with that now. I'm happy to just turn on my box and game
