in theory that'd be great, but that's not reality. they can play test until their fingers fell off and there will still be something that gets missed because there will always be a scenario that happens which no one thought of or it's an issue that only occurs in very specific circumstances that didn't happen in the closed environment. Or there's the issue of deadlines that are out of their control which isn't great, but again it's just the reality. Even games before live services which only had one time to get everything right had bugs in them.
