Something not many people acknowledge is that despite Chief and Arbiter building a great trust with each other in 3, the relationship between humanity and Swords of Sangheillios are still quite shaky, with grudges and how many decades the species killed each other. Doesn't help that ONI tried to sabotage the SoS in an attempt to keep humanity as the the top dog species. So a game focused on the UNSC and SoS collaboration with Arbiter and Vale could be a great premise.
