you cant force them to make a fix. there may not even be one. it may even be caused by something outside of halo studios control (such as something wonky in the windows kernel, which only falls over when halo does something that previously was not an issue before a certain windows update - which is historically a very common occurrence with MCC at least). it may be that they are working on it, but don't have a fix yet. maybe they dont have enough tickets to have enough data to work on a solution yet.

general software industry-wide rules of thumb: one ticket per issue, one issue per ticket. in-ticket followups for software problems are useful if the issue persists after an update of any related software or hardware (in this case: halo update, windows update, hardware changes), if you try something new (report if you do see changes AND if you dont), or monthly if it is a critical problem (ie: entirely unusable software, data destroying, device destroying - not just "its annoying to play with potato graphics" and such). if others are talking about the same issue 1) dont assume they have filed a ticket - file one yourself, and 2) don't assume they have filed a ticket - encourage them to submit one. tickets should have a detailed description of what happened, what you were doing before it happened, what you tried to fix or diagnose the issue, and any/all diagnostic materials you can get.

hard to say. would likely be triaged based on various factors like urgency, prevalence, impact, user reports, etc. most tickets are triaged using a matrix, where one scale is something like "risk" or "severity" and the other is "frequency" - resulting in labels like "low risk low frequency", "high risk low frequency", and "high risk high frequency".... which is the reason why i strongly suggest users file a ticket rather than just keep making reddit threads. online noise isn't enough for them to appropriately assess an issue, nor is it really enough to gauge impact as an end user either

Reach's art style for Forerunner stuff is a more matte take on Halo 3's Forerunner architecture, in turn.

what i used to do as a kid growing up playing Halo
I would play the campaign on legendary and then once completed move onto multiplayer. That's typically how I got comfortable with online gaming lol

dont say sorry after that i would say just play quick play get a feel for which game modes you like best then switch to just those game modes. after that you could do big team battle which is just lots of people and a big map i would recommend sticking to quick play for a while till you get the hang of it a bit more
