Even so, Bungie doesn't have the same developers, so they wouldn't achieve what most players want anyway.

Although, I do think Halo would be objectively "better" if it continued to be made by the same musicians, game designers, voice actors, team leads, etc. like what halo 1-3 had, solely for the purpose of maintaining that sense of soul and gameplay style that people originally fell in love with. Too many key details changed without upholding the core aspects of the original games. As well, this distaste isn't limited to halo. Almost every game franchise has been massively disliked ever since the gaming companies prioritized profit maximization and shifted away from gamers being a massive part of the development process
