settings > General > Online safety and family > Privacy and online safety. From there, select Xbox privacy, choose Custom, and then View details and customize. Under the Communication and multiplayer section, find the option for "Others can communicate with voice, text or invites" and set it to Friends.

Shadows - One set of ahistorical armor themed after something non-Spartan (Fire Serpent, so Warpath pass), then one for ONI/ODST shenanigans and another for Promethean Knight cosplaying (Haloween has flood armor, one did spooky stuff with flood and the other killed the flood)

Shadows is a bit of a Reach (Hah), but the other two were nominally relevant.

From a lore perspective, this is the first elite armor for Spartans that actually does confuse me.

Helioskrill was made by an Elite artisan-armorer, and Thremaleon was made to ape Sangheili special forces for force ID+Comraderie purposes.

But... This new set is based off of something even the Elites might feel uncomfortable around, considering their rep with the Covenant.

So I assume it'll either be non/quasi-canon (Sovereign Spear) or just not discussed at all

Like, earlier works are obvious collabs, friendly designs made to increase social cohesion, but this is different.

Well, this may not apply in the case of the highly ornamental covenant but it might take advantage of some engineering done by a more advanced species (the armor is designed in x way because its better)

yes! this is pretty much the best analogy i can think of. with animation you're already handling the final footage, more or less, but irl filmmaking is more like a system of parts that come together and can often work concurrently (writing can, and often is, be in progress while casting... set creation and costumes for later scenes can be done while going through earlier ones... etc)

That's not to say you can't then additionally edit after the animation is done, but that's more just the traditional editing process as seen with live action filmmaking

I kinda hope the next MP Halo adds a better body system than Halo Infinite, if only because I think the biggest issue with Infinite's is that it sometimes causes the shoulders to go too tight to the body with the medium and skinny body type.

It kinda annoys me because it makes a lot of shoulders clip when they really shouldn't be.

I mean, as it is is still better than Reach/4/5's body types though. The lighter option being so skinny was... Weird.
