Imma keep it short but I always thought that halo 5-Infinites forge were almost too complex. There’s an appeal to forge in its accessibility and simplicity that the new version just make too intimidating. I wish there was a simple version and a “dev mode” so people who wanna make simple structures and people who wanna make crazy scripted and complex things can both be satisfied, and it would probably see more people using forge.

I don’t wanna spend an hour trying to learn the entirety of forge and its stystems, I just wanna make a simple map.

Some enemies are limited on what weapons they can use just for the sake of gameplay. Like how some Grunts carry Carbines briefly in one cutscene in Halo 5 but they never use them in gameplay. Plus like, Carbine Grunts would make it way to easy to get a precision weapon

Granted in the case of Infinite, there are some missing animation sets which mean that Elites can't use stuff like the Needler or Skewer even though they could definitely use those types of weapons (But I imagine that's less a purposeful design decision and more just other things being given the animation resources)
