The Mutilator is an exception because its animations were finished a long time ago (Though it needs some extra polish on the third person animations). You need animators to make sure the animations work properly over in Slipspace as well, but they ultimately are all on other projects

Looking at the two versions of Hunter side by side, the Gen 3 iteration doesn't quite have the same vibe the original was going for, which takes allot away from it. Like, the Hunter armour wasn't originally designed to be armour added on top of an already existing armour set, since Gen 2 Mjolnir was designed around the techsuit itself being the base, whereas Gen 3 goes for the approach of Reach and Halo 3's armours where things are additive to an already existing armour set. Hunter was always meant as a sleek suit, almost evoking a supercar or fighter jet, which is lost in the Gen 3 version trying to conform the design to the Mark VII body
