I don't think any specific version of the Elite Ultra Combat Harness is really more advanced than another. The version we see in Infinite's campaign is likely just as good in lore as the version seen in Halo Reach, which is where much of its design was drawn from

I guess the design for Infinite is refined to be more sleek and nimble, wow the Reach version is more bulky to withstand more physical blows.

It' a console from 2013. The game has rather high specs, so it'll likely not run well.
Plus you've got the issues on the backend. Developing a version for Xbox One with all the libraries and optimizations needed to keep the port updated will likely create more trouble than it's worth.

You don't have to look far for the proper explanation. Halo Infinite was made available for the One and it costed the dev team a significant amount of time that could've been spent on more features.

I am not worried on perfect score. I remember some years ago on first try play through I made some botched or sloppy moves or oops moments. Like for example in Contract, I sneak in Meat King’s party all went except I forgot to discard the 47’s handguns, Blood Money, I placed remote explosive device in wrong area missing the target and 2016 game made sloppy move that resulted a huge gun fight. Eventually on replaying the missions I got better and was more stealthy.

Just adding my two cents here, FIreteam Raven is a blast, but really only if you have someone else to play with. bought 32 when I built my pc in 2019 but I think my motherboard couldn't run all 4 RAM sticks at the full 3200 MhZ clock speed so I sold off half of it and stuck with the remaining 16. Never went wrong

NVME is king but a SATA SSD (the ones that plug into the same cable as the hard drive so peaks at 600mb/s iirc) is still a big boost from an old mechanical hard drive

I’m in the same boat as you while living in Japan. It’s unfortunate, but best I do is to use a EU friend to taxi me to find games with EU lobbies, or continue to search solo and hope for a U.S. server
