Cause I cant get my pc to run the game. even after a fresh install 5 times with verifying the game cache. I can't run the game in admin mode sinde I own it on steam. I tried running steam in admin mode and did nothing. I than tried running the game on my windows 11 laptop that has a built in 3060. Runs and launches fine. Than I tried to steam stream it from my laptop to my main rig (4070 rtx.) and still crashes the steam stream.

This has all been happening for the past like maybe week. Before hand, I was able to play teh game fine. All I did to my pc beforehand was reinstall my OS via the cloud. Maybe that somehow caused Halo to crash. lmaoo (no other game crashes though.)
